I spoke to the shop owner before I placed my owner. He was so helpful and polite. He reassured me I would receive my dress on time to be altered and he was exactly right. The dress was in PERFECT condition, shipping was timely. Would highly recommend Madame Bridal - their prices are more affordable and their service is second to none. 5 stars!!

i placed an order on Saturday May 2 for a first communion dress needed on May 9 - Friday May 8 would be 5 business days. i paid 70$ for 5 day shipping. i did not receive the dress until may 11. i’ve asked to return the dress and they keep sending me their return policy - rather than using their words. Terrible customer service - do not buy anything from this company!!They refuse to refund me!!

I had a situation where I had paid for a mother of the bride gown and it was never received at my home and once I spoke to Brad Simon about what had taken place with my order his first response was I will refund your money back to you just let me see what happened with the order. Sure, enough this kind man did just what he said he would do; this is the way business should be handled, and I will recommend this bridal company to everyone I know from now on. Very dissatisfies that I was unable to return a dress that cost $440.00.
Now I am stuck with a dress that did not fit and out out all that money. I have learned my lesson not to purchase from this company again. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Wrong color
I ordered my dress in navy blue. They proceed to email me saying that the color is discontinued. So why is it still up on the website. They tell me I can pick between deep red, emerald, or gold/champagne. I pick deep red, they confirm that they changed my dress to deep red. Fast forward I receive my dress and it’s not the color I asked for. They sent me emerald green which wasn’t the color I switched to AFTER telling me the navy blue wasn’t available. I’m extremely frustrated as they sent me what they wanted and not what I wanted 2 weeks before my event. Wouldn’t recommend.

Outstanding customer service! I found the dress my daughter wanted only a few days before prom. I used the chat function and text to confirm the size & color we needed was in stock before I purchased online. I paid for overnight shipping. I was able to text and get quick responses on order confirmation & shipping info. The dress arrived in KY less than 24 hours after placing the order. I never would have ordered online without the service I received via text. The dress was perfect and the service was too!

good logistics, it took less than a week for my prom dress to arrive and it was beautiful. although i kept on asking if certain dresses were in stock and the information i was given was not always accurate so it’s always great to double check. but overall i am satisfied with their customer and delivery service :)

When I ordered my Sherri Hill dress, there was a 3-month wait until it shipped, which I was unaware of. They immediately emailed and texted me telling me when it would be delivered and If id still liked to have it delivered. I got the dress in yesterday, and it's absolutely perfect.

Amazing customer service, exceptional dress!
I had been hunting for a dress for my daughter. I had placed several orders with other stores that showed 'in stock' but then got cancelled. I'm so lucky I found madame bridal when I did! I chatted with customer service via text and they confirmed they could actually get us the dress. They even price matched for us! The dress shipped quickly and was at our door in three days. The dress is gorgeous and we're so thankful. I would highly recommend them.
