Ordered a Christmas present at the end…

Ordered a Christmas present at the end of November and was told it would be here in time for Christmas, currently is January 4th and there is no sign of my package. Disappointing service and would not recommend

This company has demonstrated utmost…

This company has demonstrated utmost care to its customers and they have my 100 % vouch! What happened is that the shipping company lost my shipment, MagicTrend was actually willing to send me a new parcel and use a different shipping company which they really didn't need to do but they did regardless. I am very happy how they treated me as their customer and I'll be back for more.

The shipping was better than expected and the order was well packaged! Shout-out to the seller for being transparent and friendly. All our questions were answered promptly pre-purchase and we are happy.

Terrible quality

Bought a voucher through wowcher for a moonlight with a photo printed on it. Big mistake the quality is shocking you can barely see the picture and the light it's self if awful and definitely doesn't look like moon. That was £16 wasted. Not happy at all. Also arrived late.

This is not a real company they do not…

This is not a real company they do not even own the items all they are doing is putting up items for sale once we purchase from them they purchase the same item from China for a discount and get them to ship it out to us a bunch of jokers

I ordered a moonlamp through…

I ordered a moonlamp through livingsocial site. The product was dispatched on the 28/11/20 and 1 month later and it still hasn’t arrived. I contacted magictrend on several occasions and only ever got a reply to 2 of my emails. I won’t be buying again from this company

What a joke

What a joke. Ordered a diffuser from this company 6 weeks ago on the understanding item would arrive on the 2nd of December. Well Christmas has come and gone. Still waiting. Turns out its been despatched from China. Thought I was ordering from UK. Although this company is based in UK there products are not. Ended up buying something else from a reputable company so payed twice.. You seem to be missing the point. I ordered from you. A UK company. Not a Chinese one. Which is what you did after I ordered.

Bad quality personalised socks, don't waste your money

Really disappointed with the product. They should show clear representation of what the socks will look like. When I uploaded the image I wanted on the personalised socks, it seemed like the quality would be perfect and would be clear, in the customised photo.

Yet when the product arrived I could hardly make out the image. My partners daughter was disappointed with the present and she couldn't tell herself what it was a photo of (it was a photo of herself).

Also poor customer service, they have told me my photo was not clear in the first place, it was clear! The customised image even shows a clear image.

They also don't give refunds on personalised items. I feel that if the item you provide is not as described, you should be giving the customer there money back.

Disappointed as does not look like preview of product

I ordered socks with a repeated picture of my son on them for him to give my husband. I was shown a preview of what they would like before finalising my order and was very pleased. The socks took a really long time to arrive and when they did the picture on them is so blurred it could be anyone I showed them to my mother and she couldn't tell who the pictures were of. I might as well have got him regular socks. Extremely disappointed.

Small, awful communication, don’t bother!

Ordered a personalised moon lamp through wowcher, had no updates for 14 days except for the email to say they had received my order so I emailed them to ask for an update as I was worried it wouldn’t be delivered in time for Christmas. The first email was ignored, I emailed again to ask for a refund so I could order another one from elsewhere after reading bad reviews and worrying about it not arriving in time, they simply said my order would be with me shortly. After this I did get an email from wowcher to say my order had been dispatched and was expected to be delivered on the 21st of December, it arrived on the 22nd. So disappointed with the product, it’s TINY. The picture isn’t bad quality however it’s small and if the light isn’t on you can’t tell it has any picture on it. For the price I’m really guttered it’s so small. I’m quite embarrassed to be giving this as a gift.

I would give a minus 5 if I could, a delivery was made roughly on time, but only contained small part of order, I did ring this conpany and was told in no uncertain way to go away, I am being polite, from the 18 of November I have sent 3 photos and 6 emails but they still have not refunded any money, avoid these Robdogs like a plague,,,

Very poor image

Very poor image, barely visible. Really disappointed as this was an Xmas gift. I'd be embarrassed to give it to be honest as its such a grainy image she won't know its her 2 children on it.

Regarding Magic Trend's reply below, they had my image for at least 2 weeks before my lamp was even dispatched. Had their team thought my photo wasn't clear enough, why wasn't I contacted instead of sending an absolute disgrace of a purchase?

Thankfully my order arrived right…

Thankfully my order arrived right before Christmas, today on Monday so it was a few days over the anticipated date. Nevertheless I love my moon lamp and I'll be back for another one.
