Don’t order from here

I ordered a moonlight for my friend as a sentimental gift - and uploaded a picture with writing on the back. The moonlight arrived 2 weeks later with a picture of a random dog on it which I did not upload and my writing on the back. I have emailed to resolve this and have received no replies to my emails it is just ridiculous! Scam - Wouldn’t order from here again

I Am Very Unhappy with this ordered moon lamp personalised the detail is shoddy looks like my sister has a big mole on the corner of her mouth where it not been finished properly emailed them no reply it a present for her and it looks terrible

Wouldn’t buy again.

Extremely poor service. I ordered the customised moon lamp for my partner weeks ago from wowcher and it came in time for Christmas with no photo and no writing. I’ve been emailing them and their replies are awful and useless they offered a replacement and then told me it would take 14-20 days and wouldn’t be here in time for Christmas which is pathetic if they got my order correct first time it would be here! I’ve had to order from somewhere else who can do it and get it here in time for me. But I’d never buy off this website again they have given me a tough past week just to try and get responses and information.

Received the wrong picture on socks

Received the wrong picture on socks. Have emailed company but no response. So I now have a pair of sock with another woman’s face on them about 30yrs older than the ones I ordered !!!!!!!

Very disappointed with my purchase

I ordered a moon lamp that was supposed to my late dog 3D printed on. On arrival, could immediately see it was very poor quality but when plugging into the light it became apparent that the 3D printing wasn't even so only one half of my dog's face is illuminated. Have thrown it in the bin and wouldn't recommend the product at all :( *** Further to your response, I have already sent photos and messages to your company and all you have said is that "you will inform the factory", you have not offered a refund. Buyer beware.

As other have said, the speed of the delivery was what did the trick for me. I have seen some of the products on other sites too but the price and the shipping makes me order from here every time.

Do not buy from this company

We bought via wowcher who we will also now be avoiding the product was extremely poor advertised as RRP £69'99 value 20p real not worth the postage.

Such a special products to gift, great response by staff

I ordered a personalised moon lamp with a photo and engraving through wowcher.
Their response was prompt and polite regarding the product and, I just loved the moon lamp so much!! I cannot wait to gift to my partner for his birthday.
I wish the wooden tray wasn’t chipped a tiny bit.
I’m even looking for someone else to gift this for their special occasion.

Avoid…

Sent them an email the second after placing the order to ask for it to be changed as there was an issue with there website. Received an email two days later to say that your order was sent directly to the manufacturer so we can not revise this. What's the point in having an email then ?

DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY. Ordered a hair styler from Wowcher. It’s a cheap product which doesn’t work well. It’s extremely difficult to get a refund they just repeat the same message back to you saying please send a photo and video of the problem before we will refund you. Never mind consumer law of online purchases is that you can return an item to the retailer within 14 days and they have to provide you details how to do this.

I ordered the moon lamp and added a personalised photo of the grandchildren for my parents Xmas gift. It is nothing like the picture they are showing. It is complete rubbish. People, do not waste your time and money. It dosent look like the moon it looks like a lit up ball. The words on the back of lamp (love you to the moon and back). The word love is faintly scripted and dosent stand out to read like the rest of the words. It's very small in size. DON'T BUY THIS ITEM IT'S COMPLETE TAT. I asked the company for a refund and they refused. Companies like this put people off buying online because what you expect is never like what you actually receive. And they get away with not refunding your money.

The moonamp is rubbish cheap and nasty tat I have been ignored on all correspondence and even resorted to commenting on there instagram page to be noticed for them actually remove the comments and have now changed it so no one can comment keep your hard earned money

There was some slight error with…

There was some slight error with voucher I've had purchased previously from a different site but they managed to resolve it quickly. I am happy with my order and got it a lot cheaper then I had initially planned.
