Once I have filled in the questionnaire, which I did , I do not expect to have to keep filling them in many many times. I said I was pleased with the lady I have cleaning for me and that should be enough.

I'm sorry to see this review. We ask every few months how everything is going to ensure we continue to provide a service you are happy with.
Through doing this I can see your rating of us has increased over time. We have only sent 2 surveys to you in the last 9 months, it's a bit harsh to rate us as 1 star because we asked how we are doing, but as you dont seem to want this we will not send any more.

I booked through Maid2clean and it was the worst experience I’ve had the cleaner they sent did a very poor job but far worse was how I was treated they were unresponsive when raising concerns refused to Invoice me properly and wanted to charge me extra on top of there expensive agency fees they shared no care atall for my physical disability and health concerns I felt they were just interested in the money cleaners were booked then no shows complained it’s too hot too clean and didn’t treats customers with any respect and your explanations do not add up atall on the first meet and greet the cleaner went upstairs stroked my cat and stayed talking for ages -someone with a serious allergy would never have done that she also made unreasonable demands from the start wanting to charge £16 ph when the agency states clearly all jobs through the agency are a standard £13 per hour sounds fishy to me the second cleaner left for another flimsy reason this was not my fault it was your agency sending me unsuitable staff and failing to sort proper replacement and twice let me down with another cleaning lady that apparently can’t work in hot weather and let me down on the fist day of the cleaning work I have severe heart problems and this isn’t helping me I still stand by my review

We are disappointed by this review because it does not provide a fair or accurate account of what occurred.
The customer applied for our service online on 3 July. That same day, we issued our welcome information, appointed a cleaner and arranged for the cleaner to make contact. When the first cleaner did not attend as expected, the customer informed us and we found a replacement that same day.
After the replacement cleaner attended, the customer wrote to us describing her as “amazing”, stated that she was “really pleased” and asked to increase the service from two hours to three hours. Unfortunately, that cleaner subsequently experienced an allergic reaction to the customer’s cats and was unable to continue. This was outside Maid2Clean’s control.
We immediately resumed searching for another cleaner. The customer also agreed to give the original cleaner a further opportunity. When that arrangement did not proceed, she contacted us again and we confirmed that we would continue trying to provide a replacement.
The suggestion that Maid2Clean ignored the customer, acted disrespectfully or failed to assist her is contradicted by the written correspondence and our system records. Our staff responded to her communications, explained the situation and repeatedly sought alternative cleaners.
There also appears to be an issue concerning a £5 invoice charge. Our pricing information expressly states that invoices or receipts are available for a £5 administration fee. When the customer requested an invoice, this charge was explained to her. She subsequently confirmed in writing: “Yes please invoice me, add the £5.”
It is therefore particularly unfair to criticise Maid2Clean for applying a charge that was disclosed in advance and expressly accepted by the customer.
We accept that the initial cleaner’s non-attendance and the replacement cleaner’s allergy caused inconvenience. We do not accept the materially misleading suggestion that Maid2Clean ignored the matter, treated the customer improperly or imposed an unauthorised charge. The documentary evidence shows the opposite.

A thoroughly professional service.
I was surprised by the professionalism of Maids2clean right from the start. The information and guidelines they provide are helpful. And an initial visit from the possible cleaner and being offered someone else if unsuitable is excellent. They continued contact for the first few weeks without any pressure. Unfortunately I am leaving the area but will definitely contact them when I am back.
