Superb efficient and trustworthy cleaner supplied

I contacted this company to arrange a regular cleaner, and a start date and time were agreed. During the week the clean was due to take place, I received a message from the company saying the cleaner could no longer make the agreed time and asking if I could accommodate a later slot. I agreed without any issue.

The evening before the clean, the cleaner contacted me directly asking if she could actually come at the original earlier time instead. I saw the message first thing the following morning and replied to confirm that was fine. However, she didn't arrive at the earlier time, so I assumed she would still be attending at the later time agreed with the company. Unfortunately, that time also came and went without any communication.

I tried contacting the cleaner but couldn't get hold of her. I then attempted to contact the company, but their phone lines were down. When I eventually heard back, they told me they also couldn't reach the cleaner and asked whether I would like a replacement cleaner instead. I agreed and provided my availability.

Although it wasn't a great start—especially as I had arranged my day and weekend around the appointment—I understood that these situations can happen and gave the company the benefit of the doubt.

However, after asking if I wanted a replacement, I heard nothing further. I had to chase them several times, only to be told they were busy and to provide alternative dates, which I did. Despite this, I still haven't received any follow-up or confirmation.

Problems can happen in any business, but what really matters is how a company responds when things go wrong. Unfortunately, the lack of communication, follow-up and customer care has been very disappointing. There are plenty of cleaning companies to choose from, so based on my experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Prompt cheerful service and absolutely 5 star cleaning. I am well satisfied.

Our cleaner Annette is wonderful. Not only is she efficient, she is a very friendly lady. I would not hesitate to recommend Maid to clean, the staff were so helpful to find our wonderful cleaner.

Kamy has been my cleaner for several years and I have never had a single complaint.

Not appropriate for vulnerable persons. Absurd terms and conditions - cleaners turn up without any gloves or products and demand to use your kit and pay the hourly rate. Left my father feeling overwhelmed and confused when he couldn't provide a specific type of cleaning glove. Customer Services unconcerned.

Tried contacting this company 3 times one email and two calls, each time was promised a call back. On my 3rd call a lady promised that Daisy would visit at a set time and day to discuss my son and his fiancés requirements. No one turned up and no phone call was received. My Son and fiancé had specifically taken time off for this visit.
Needless to say I do not recommend this company from my experience. This was for the Bracknell area

Excellent prompt service, listened to requirements and delivered!

Dreadful experience
The cleaner that came was continually late so wouldn’t do a full clean.
This cleaner stole from us, money that was in our change jar, fragrance and other items.
When she had been it didn’t look cleaned. Just surface wiping with a wet wipe.
I informed josh and Joe at customer service what went on but nothing was done.
Still took money from my account.
What triggered this review: We are selling our house and are packing up. We found things missing. We looked again at the ring video we have saved and confirmed she stole more things.
This company does not vet there cleaners and clearly does not do background checks.

If they do not stop contacting me I will be contacting my solicitor and getting this sorted out legially.

Leave us alone. Stop phoning and emailing.

If you had done your job properly I would have my money and things that were stolen.
But your customer service is poor.

Really great service. The women I talked to at the agency were so helpful and understood my needs. They set up an interview with Amber and we hit it off. She now cleans every two weeks and my house looks lovely.

DO NOT USE!

I booked a 6 hours of cleaning prior to my newborn arriving which cost me approx £145. I have provided the cleaner with all cleaning products required and a listn of essentials that needed to be covered.

2 hours into the job, I popped upstairs to have a look at the progress. The bedrooms are exactly how it was - surfaces full of dust, stains on cupboards and non of the cleaning products being used- instead she's used my son's baby wipes with water (as I watched her in the baby monitor). When I asked her why she isn't using any of the priduct , she proceeded to spray the wood polished on the surfaces that was still covered in dust!!

I paid her for the time that she was at the property(which is more than what I should have done) and politely asked to leave.

I've tried to ring the company but my calls are no longer going through.

Terrible service!!!

**UPDATE**

The company has called me since and explained the phones are down today and offered me a £45 refund that I initially paid. They apologised for the quality of service I recieved from the cleaner and took my feedback on board. I have been left a voicemail about the review I have left to "discuss" further, which I'm not willing to take down, as this was my experience and I would not recommend this company. Let's see if I get my refund.

Once I have filled in the questionnaire, which I did , I do not expect to have to keep filling them in many many times. I said I was pleased with the lady I have cleaning for me and that should be enough.
