Based in Sydney’s Northern Beaches at Westfield Warringah Mall, we specialise in musical instruments, digital pianos, guitars, drums, school band instruments, pro audio, sheet music, accessories, and expert advice for musicians of all levels. Originally established in 1977 and independently operated by the same family since 1982, Mall Music has grown from a small local music shop into one of Sydney’s most recognised independent music retailers. While the industry has changed dramatically over the years, our focus has remained the same — genuine customer service, knowledgeable staff, and helping people enjoy music. Many of our customers first visited us as children and now return with families of their own. We work closely with local schools, music programs, tutors, churches, live performers, and recording musicians throughout Sydney and across Australia. I'd love to chat further about your experience shopping with Mall Music.
I can see you placed an order with us online on 28th November for a RODE M2. This order was dispatched via Australia Post on 1 December and was available for collection on the 3rd December, after delivery was attempted early that day. You may have confused us with another business. As you are based in QLD, I don’t believe you’ve visited our Sydney-based store, and we don't have any further orders under your account.

After a bit of an error in my original order, Mall Music went above and beyond to fix it. They really pride themselves on customer service which is nice on this day and age. In the end, everything was fixed and I am a happy customer.
