Based in Sydney’s Northern Beaches at Westfield Warringah Mall, we specialise in musical instruments, digital pianos, guitars, drums, school band instruments, pro audio, sheet music, accessories, and expert advice for musicians of all levels. Originally established in 1977 and independently operated by the same family since 1982, Mall Music has grown from a small local music shop into one of Sydney’s most recognised independent music retailers. Thanks for your feedback. The stylus you received is the equivalent replacement for the model originally ordered, which has been discontinued by the manufacturer. If it's the correct fit for your turntable, it will work just as intended.

Absolutely outstanding service
Absolutely outstanding service. I ordered online and paid for 2 items. They got in touch with me within half a day to let me know they actually only had one available and got it sorted right away. Credited the item and sent the remaining item with free shipping which I thought was over and above what was required of them in this circumstance. It’s only a small thing but these small things make all the difference in my opinion. Highly recommend!

Everything was good aside from the fact that I paid extra for express shipping, and the item was not sent express and took two weeks to arrive.
Update: Mall Music refunded me the express shipping cost. Mistakes happen, and they made good on it. Great customer service. Will def be ordering from them again in the future
