The communication has been really great. I ordered a Roland drum mesh head however it came damaged due to mishandling of the shipping company. I emailed them regarding the mishaps. Simone quickly looked into the issue and provided a return label. I got my refund as soon as they received the returned mesh head.

I can see you placed an order with us online on 28th November for a RODE M2. This order was dispatched via Australia Post on 1 December and was available for collection on the 3rd December, after delivery was attempted early that day. You may have confused us with another business. As you are based in QLD, I don’t believe you’ve visited our Sydney-based store, and we don't have any further orders under your account.

After a bit of an error in my original order, Mall Music went above and beyond to fix it. They really pride themselves on customer service which is nice on this day and age. In the end, everything was fixed and I am a happy customer.
