Manchester EPC Avis

Manchester EPC are highly recommended, prompt, efficient, good value, professional service.

Had an EPC for the first time on a property my wife and I are looking to sell. Was a little apprehensive about the process after seeing other companies with negative reviews but saw the positive reviews for Manchester epc and am pleased to say I had a great experience using this company. Muhammed, our assessor, was fantastic and a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend.

Very easy to arrange and arrived on time. Used multiple times always good service

Excellent experience. The EPC was booked in, carried out and completed in under 1.5 days. I was working to a tight deadline so this was much appreciated. Efficient, courteous and professional service. Thanks very much, guys!

Very quick turn around of required SAP report. Would recommend.

Fantastic service! Shoaib was professional, thorough, and efficient, explaining everything clearly. The report was delivered promptly and stress free. Highly recommend!

Great fast service

Inspections arnt thorough and then they give you a low rating and when you question it they expect you to run round taking pictures and sending information that they should have got at their initial inspection.
Had a very poor service would not use again.
I’m getting a second inspection at my own cost

Straightforward booking. I contacted the assessor via text on Saturday and agreed a time for Monday between 12-1pm.
We meet at the property at 12pm, he checked all the rooms including the loft, checked the boiler, cavity wall insulation etc asking relevant questions.
The certificate and invoice was emailed to me by 5pm the same evening.
Competitive price.
Would recommend and use again.

Great service from start to finish; made the original phone call on Wednesday evening, came to assess the property Friday morning, had the invoice on Friday afternoon and the report 24 hours later. Fantastic!

Excellent service from a very helpful and experienced assessor. From initial contact, site visit to complete report was very quick turnaround time.

Second time in using these guys. Good prompt hassle free service for a reasonable fee.

Took on board my comments during the survey and provided the certificate very quickly after settling the invoice.

Highly recommend.

Prompt and professional service. Highly recommend, Muhammad was brilliant and fairly priced.

Excellent, reliable service

Very fast booking and EPC conducted and delivered in the same day. Greta service!

Excellent service! Great communication and booked appointment for the next day. Would highly recommend, especially at half the price of other companies we received quotes from.

Highly recommended quick and reliable very professional service provided thanks.

Great service today from Muhammad. The tenant didn’t hear him knocking initially but he contacted me to let me know and was patient in waiting. Report was also carried out properly and draft version return the same day.

Muhammad was professional, polite and fast. Would gladly use his services again. We received the EPC report in a timely manner as was promised.
