Very poor customer service, you cant pick a day or time slot of delivery, it's so weird as its 2026 and technology has moved forward but I guess this company hasnt, now I have to take a day of work for a time slot you dont even get too choose or a day, in-which Mattresses wont reimburse you of your day off work and customer services takes forever to reply to your emails, they dont even read their whats app so I dont understand why they to whats app them and they dont even acknowledge their commit, they have no customer care, just money-oriented

Easy ordering online, responsive when had a query pre sale. Delivery was quick arranged on a day of my preference and arrived early. Old mattress taken away, new mattress has been brilliant. Haven't received the pillows that was part of the offer.

Love my new Healthopaedic Harmony mattress. It was very easy to order online. The delivery came on time & the driver was very friendly & moved the mattresses on his own. Also got 2 free pillows thank you.

Great mattress at a very reasonable price. Good communication with the staff team. However I was supposed to receive free pillows which I didn't, maybe someone can send these onto me now? But overall a very good service.

Prompt order to delivery. But disappointed by delivery no one spoke brought in new mattress left in hall took old one away and left paid for delivery to room of our choice . Had to unpack and place on the bed ourselves.

The price and delivery of the mattress was good, however the advertised '2 free pillows' did not arrive, Hannah in customer service advised these would be posted out. Unfortunately these still haven't been received and there has been no response to email or phone calls which is disappointing.

Tried several times to call over 3 days never got through. This is customer service and sales! Avoid

Smooth ordering & delivery and great customer service - when there was a small issue with the delivery it was easy to contact someone & the matter was resolved quickly & easily.
Great mattress & so much cheaper than anywhere else we had seen it.

Ordered with no trouble what so ever. Delivered today, Took 1 week.Everything went very smooth indeed. Got my wonderful Matress which I know is fantastic because I’ve got one in another property. Even got 2 x pillows FREE which my husband bagged straight away. Would def recommend. Their email went into my junk mail but all went Aok. I hope I can send you a picture now. The order was £463 which included £15 to get it into your room of choice. Great matress for older people with back problems who need comfort, it’s a medium with spring and foam. Ideal for me, I’m going to get a good nights sleep tonight with no problems either on my shoulders as I’m a side sleeper.There don’t seem to be anywhere where I can send a picture, sorry about this, it’s a Healthopaedic Tencel 1000 double.

It’s a scam. Don’t trust these cowboys and save your money. They don’t even deal with the companies that they claim to represent. You can call the companies direct and ask for yourself.

Arrived on the day I picked inside the time window they gave me.

I bought 2 mattresses from them over the years and I'm super happy with both. Prices and quality were great. Well packaged and no funky smell. Delivery went smooth too, the guy who brought the mattress was super nice. I highly recommend!

I’ve had this mattress previously, so knew what I was buying. This company is easy to deal with and the mattress was a good price.
I opted for removal of the old mattress and delivery to a first floor room.
The delivery guys were very pleasant, friendly and efficient 10/10👍

The mattress was great and the customer service was excellent, Hannah was amazing and replied very quickly and kept me up to date. Would definitely recommend. Delivery was fast and seamless. 5 stars.

From order to delivery the service was good. I got a call on delivery day saying my mattress would be delivered between 7 and 8pm. It came at 8.40pm, not too bad.

The mattress is perfect and as described. When buying the mattress please advise on your website that you only deliver to the ground floor. I had to pay a further £20 to the delivery drivers to deliver to my flat on the 8th floor.
