I'd only improve one thing, that is to have a simpler way to track the order without having to email the sales team but other than that I'd say everything else was superb.

Hannah was extremely helpful. I had a lot of stuff going wrong and to top it off I managed to order the wrong type of bed frame…I was in a terrible panic Hannah was brilliant, cancelled the bed and did a refund with no problem, so grateful for her calm and professional demenour. Thank you

I had communicated with support on purchasing a mattress for delivery to Northern Ireland, and Hannah did a good job in getting back to me to confirm it was indeed possible, but needed a surcharge of 60 quid (which isn't uncommon these days). Perfectly nice and polite in handling of it. Grievance is that shipping is listed as just a few days for the rest of the uk (ships in 2-3 days etc), but there was zero communication on the delivery date before or after order was placed for N.I.. It took me emailing them to be informed that it might arrive 4 business days later, which is going to mean we won't have our mattress in time for the move in and therefore have had to cancel and lose our deposit for the movers. Morale of the story, if ordering to Northern Ireland, allow for 9-14 days

I ordered 2 Pisa mattresses which were cheaper than the exact others online and the communication from the Customer Service Advisor, Adam Morton was excellent. He updated me via email about the delivery facts and they were all correct. Efficient and a great product too. We will be buying another of these mattresses from Mattresses4you in a few weeks time.

Adam at mattresses 4 you went above and beyond to get our new mattress to us a week before expected, unfortunately ours had collapsed and I was suffering with a slipped disc so I was in agony! He kept in touch the whole way through. Delivery was great, drivers sent a text to inform us of an accurate delivery time which always helps! Would definitely recommend

Well designed and user friendly website gave great information about all the different mattresses. Delivery was free, and my new mattress arrived within a week which was brilliant. Mattresses are very comfy and excellent service. Adam responded to my emails promptly and made sure I was contacted prior to the mattresses being delivered, as I had not yet moved into the property.
