Mattress arrived on the day that was…
Mattress arrived on the day that was expected. Customer service agent was excellent wth her communications (Hannah). Delivery drivers call before delivery and were very respectful of our property removing the old and bringing in the new mattress. In all aspects great service from all.

Adam was such a great help to me with…
Adam was such a great help to me with. the query I had before ordering my new mattress. Hannah was very good at keeping me informed. The two young men who delivered my mattress were excellent and so pleasant and caring towards me. They went above and beyond getting my mattress to me. The mattress is so good. My sleep pattern is better. My back pain is reducing really quickly. It is so nice to go to bed now and know that I will be comfortable and get a decent sleep.

Good expierience throughout process.
Website easy to navigate with an excellent selection of products with good explanations. Competitively priced. Efficient ordering and deliver. Nice touch with the free Pillows. Would be helpful to have a telephone contact.

Seamless, professional service
Communication with Hannah was first class, she kept us informed at all stages from initial order to after sales. Delivery was as promised, we couldn't have asked for better service.

Cheaper than other companies
After researching a lot of mattresses I found this company. It was the cheaper than others I looked at for the one I purchased. Delivery was quick. I was given notice of it's arrival. Excellent service.

Good mattress and comms
Hannah was great keeping me up to date with my order. Guys delivering it were ok. I think the guy I talked to was the assistant since he didn't know I'd already paid for taking my old Mattress away but was able to show the order and no issue. Only took a few days to come too.
Mattress itself is super comfy and been having excellent sleeps since!
