My mum who's 91 bought 2 blouses from them they came which is good but didn't really fit it suit her so she tried to return them,
That's a joke 1st you have to email them to say why and to receive a return form but not as easy as that they try to pursude you to keep them all she wanted was her money back . Anyway they offers my mum 20% off to keep the she got £11 Back they both cost £65...
I would never use this company again...

I was routed to this company after googling a superb Claire Desjardins shirt. I ordered 2 blouses described as linen. Waited 12 days for delivery, appalled by the quality, 100 % polyester, very poor sewing, didn't even bother trying on. A real con. No response from CS by email or by phone, unsurprisingly a mobile nb. Only option, as I paid by debit card, is to claim a refund under the customer rights act, as suggested and helpfully phrased by Google AI. Wish me luck! This company and others like it should be banned.

The jumpsuit I received is absolutely beautiful. It fits really good and looks great on me!

When my parcel eventually came it was not what I expected I was disappointed with material, it felt cheap definitely not worth the £29.50 I paid and that was a discounted price. I wish I had read some or the reviews before I ordered. I enquired about a refund and was told in the email that it would be at a cost to me as the item has to be sent back to China. They then offered me an alternative item but I did not want this. They then offered 20% back of my original price which was £5.99 Which I have now received. They need to look at a better refund policy.

Received my blazer and it's of exceptional quality. The fit is perfect and the packaging was lovely. The tag was a bit itchy but otherwise very satisfied!

Ordered two nice pairs of shoes however I wasn’t aware that the items are shipped from China, the site looked like a UK one and I just assumed shipped from here, so the shipping is fairly lengthy and also returns are at your own cost needing to ship back to China which they mention on their site could be upto £15, so be aware before purchasing (I only saw this once had ordered). Luckily I liked the shoes and didn’t need to return , even though feel the quality may not be worth what I paid.

AVOID. Ignore positive reviews.look at the bad ones. I've had identical experiences with this Chinese company. The £70 for 2 pair of trousers wouldnt even pass Temus quality control when they first arrived on the scene. The trousers were so thin and of bad quality I didn't even take them right out of their bags. I've been robbed. Not scammed Robbed. Stay away from them. Weeks to arrive. Very very poor customer service and rubbish returns policy.

Ordered about 10 items. No communication. Over 10 days now. These are obviously been dropshipped from China. I ordered them for a holiday well im back from holiday now. Iv asked 4 times for a refund paypal are involved but doing nothing. About 2 days ago email comes "congratulations your order is ready to go" eventhough iv asked 4 times for a simple refund. Do not buy from these people do not trust them with your hard earned money.

I received my sandals and they are gorgeous! High quality, comfortable, and arrived in beautiful packaging

Awful! I ordered a pair of linen style cropped trousers that arrived bearing no resemblance to the advert. They were made of 100% polyester and were so cheaply made with no cuffs or tapered legs as advertised. Hideous. They were just under £35.00 with the original price of £50.00. Laughable.
Avoid this company. I have complained . To their credit they did respond. They have offered me a 50% credit note…..or a 20% refund. We will see. Total rip off. Very angry.

Ordered some summer items and the quality is outstanding. The packaging was also really nice.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered a dress and when it arrived saw it was made of very cheap poor quality material and the fit was terrible. Asked if I could return and was advised I could either have 20% of the cost refunded or 50% of the value of the item as store credit. Nothing in their cancellation policy about this. Also note their returns address is in China despite them making claims to be a “UK focussed fashion brand based in the Netherlands”. Avoid!

I ordered three dresses from Mayfair & Finch. The product titles prominently described them as linen dresses, and the photographs suggested attractive, naturally textured, good-quality garments. Two of the shoddy dresses that arrived (FROM CHINA) are labelled 95% polyester and 5% elastane.

They bear very little resemblance to the website photographs. The advertised burgundy, relaxed-fit dress is pink, tight-fitting, and made from polyester and elastane. The pale-blue striped dress is shiny polyester and elastane with prominent dark stripes and poor construction. The third dress is labelled linen, but its appearance, fit and length are also significantly different from the garment shown online - it feels and looks artificial - definitely not linen.

The crossed-out original prices and sale prices gave the impression that I was buying reasonably good-quality clothing at a discount - from the UK. In reality, the garments feel extremely cheap and shoddy. I have seen far better genuine-linen clothing on market stalls for comparable prices.

Although the website presents itself as a British fashion retailer, the goods came from China. When I rejected the polyester dresses as not matching their descriptions and requested a prepaid return label, Mayfair & Finch refused. They told me I must pay for tracked international postage to return everything to China. Instead, they offered a 20% refund or 50% store credit if I kept the dresses.

Their response was that the garments are 'linen-style', despite the word 'linen' appearing prominently in the product titles. They also claimed that the full composition was supplied on the product pages, but the listings I retained did not disclose that the dresses were 95% polyester.

The matter is still ongoing. I have declined the partial refund and store credit and am continuing to request a full refund with the reasonable return costs covered. I will update this review to reflect how Mayfair & Finch ultimately resolve the matter.

Based on my experience, I most certainly DO NOT recommend this company. Take screenshots of the listings and read the international returns arrangements very carefully before ordering. Although I believe we are covered by UK trading laws.
