Order was meant to be delivered an hour ago, spoke to Peter in customer service and the issue was resolved within minutes
I contacted mealzo when I hadn’t received my order after an hour and Brain was really helpful and was able to contact the restaurant on my behalf and get an update for me

The restaurant had broken equipment and couldn’t fulfill my order. I chatted to mealzo online and Bruce very quickly contacted the restaurant and organised a refund.

Felt like they were trying to gather personal info
I wanted to ask them a quick question but i couldn’t even speak with a robot until i had given my email and phone number, considering i haven’t signed up for anything i thought that was odd and felt very much like a company trying to gather personal info! I wont be giving them any personal info!

Had some items missing from my order
Had some items missing from my order. Spoke to Peter from customer services who sorted out a refund before I’d even finished my meal! It helps to show photos of what you received and have your order number ready. Have to say that even before the refund the food was cheaper than from a competing food app. Customer services very easy to access. No hesitation to use Mealzo again. Thanks!
