I contacted mealzo when I hadn’t received my order after an hour and Brain was really helpful and was able to contact the restaurant on my behalf and get an update for me

We have had the most awful experiance…
I can't recommend Mealzo based on our experience.
We've spent more than three weeks trying to get a working menu set up, and it still isn't right. The menu team have repeatedly failed to read clear written instructions or action them correctly, and communication has been poor throughout — including replies with laughing emojis on WhatsApp when we've raised genuine problems.
One example: our kitchen display shows bar items such as coffees and drinks, which belong to a completely separate part of the café and take up valuable space on the screen. This was flagged clearly and remains unresolved.
Mealzo's head office is in Glasgow, the same city as our café. Despite asking several times for someone to visit us for a face-to-face conversation, no one has done so.
The result has been a system that doesn't work as it should, avoidable stress for my team, and unhappy customers. I'd expect better from a local company, and on this experience I wouldn't recommend them.
