I booked two cars in for meet and greet at Luton airport with IMG parking, the description said we would be met by uniformed drivers, this is not the case, not unless they class tracksuit bottoms and jeans as a uniform! The instruction said to ring 30 mins before arriving at the terminal, I had to ring three times before anyone answered!
When my daughter's car was returned, quarter of a tank of fuel had been used, they had taken her laptop out of its case and just left it on the parcel shelf, clothes had been taken out of a bag from within the car, windows had been left open and the inside was covered in mud, no idea what or where the car had been!
When she called to complain, the person answering the call was very rude and hung up on her several times!
When we returned I followed the instructions and called as required but we then had to stand and wait for over 30mins for the car to arrive.
This is terrible service, certainly not good value for money and I will not be using this company again.

with this company I had the most awful parking experience ever. I found the driver side window smashed, sunglasses and Bluetooth speaker stolen along with the entrance gates remote and house keys. I would never ever park here again. Avoid at all cost!

The process itself was straightforward, but the overall experience wasn’t as smooth as expected. It took a while for the car to be brought back on return, which was frustrating after a flight.

The car was also returned noticeably dirtier than when we left it, and there are additional charges (£7 to drop off and £7 to pick up) which quickly add up. More concerning, a small amount of cash was missing from the armrest. Regardless of the amount, it’s a matter of principle—no one should be going through personal belongings left in a car.

Convenient in theory, but based on this experience I wouldn’t use again and would advise others not to leave anything in their vehicle.

This company should not be in business full stop. They left my car unlocked in a side street in Luton for a week and then it took them over an hour to return it. Absolute scammers, avoid like the plague

I do not recommend ;
- problem with online payment
- no information after booking parking
(such as having cash to pay for parking)
- hidden costs, 7f for drop off , 7f for picking up the car
- you don't have cash, touch payment doesn't work, you have a big problem.....

Picking up the car ;
- 40 minutes of waiting
- after 25 minutes you call and report a problem , no information whatsoever....
- After 35 minutes you call and ask again about the car , but they still don't know anything .....
- they will just remind you to pay 7f for collection .....
So what? I forgot, yes I know my problem.....

Booked a meet and greet through this website in May 2025 and ended up getting hit with a fine.
I complained and was told that they had contacted the company issuing the fine, I was told that it was a mistake and it will be cancelled.
It wasn't cancelled, instead the delay meant the fine increased and I ended up around £160 out of pocket.
I tried to get answers and assistance from them but they just stopped responding to my emails.

My car was fine, nothing was stolen but I would never book with them again, nor would I recommend anyone else do so.

Didn’t show up to collect the car on time, although we phoned 30 minutes prior to when we would be arriving.

Left us standing in the drop off area in Luton airport for around 25 minutes and we had to pay the airport drop off change which increased significantly due to how long we were left standing there.

A lady next to us had exactly he same issue.

When they finally arrived someone just took the keys and drove off, didn’t do a check on the vehicle incase they damaged it or anything.

Customer services are rude,email tells you to go to mid stay and over the telephone tell you a different location causing me to invite a £15 charge for going through the wrong parking.
Upon collection two drivers turns up collecting two seperate cars, mine and someone else’s. They then reversed the other customers car into mine right in front of me. I asked for ID and was told none of them had any and they just said to call the number. I done so am was told to call the complaints number that is the same
As the drivers number. It’s a shambles. Disgraceful and rude. I could have been handing my car over to anyone!
Upon collection my number plate had been glued back together following the hit and was told to just clean up all the excess glue. I am now left with no one to complain to, no email nothing and a car that’s been hit! I always do meet and greet. Always see ID and have the mileage and photos taken, this was nothing like that. If I wasn’t already late for my flight I would have cancelled and booked into the long stay car park.

Absolutely awful, collected my car after my journey on 08.03.2026 at Luton Airport to find my front windscreen cracked on the passenger side.
I had a conversation with the driver who dropped it off for him to tell me to call customer service, they were so unprofessional, after explaining they put me on hold to then cut me off the phone. I called back 23 times with numerous hanging up the phone and even when answering the phone not talking but just breathing and hanging up, on the last call I was told to call back in the morning and given an email address to send them which was an email address that did not exists.
when calling back the next day (28 times), it was the same experience, finally I got an email address that worked, I explained again and attached photos only to have a response of 'attach photos of the car', confused as I had already done this but since then I am having to call on private number as it seems they have blocked my calls.
absolutely disgusted with this level of communication and help, I've never had a worse experience.

Arrived early about 7am no office. Was intimidating as woman travelling alone. Car park was ropey large pot holes and had to park on the top which was precarious. Eventually there was 4 other people that arrived. The owner took 15 pound each from us for entering the airport and on the way back. The airport charges per vehicle not per person so he was robbing us actually. We had no choice to pay as had flights to catch. Was promised to be picked up but noone there I had to ring and they arrived in a van half hour later to take to the car. It was late at night and again not good when travelling alone as female.
They have 5 stars when you put in the comparison website. They must of done themselves. Will never use again.

The worst quality parking lot was stolen from my car.

Put simply they lied about not charging any additional charges! After having to drop car a day late as flight was cancelled, I was told that’s fine and they would sort it out as it was still within the dates booked. When I went to collect the vehicle on my return they said there’s an additional charge for an admin charge! Some guy jumped out of a car he was sitting in and stated being told it would be sorted out meant something different.

Beware of using them, there are other reports online of similar incidents of unfair charges

Unknowingly booked this company (if you can call them that) through compareyourparking.co.uk which has an excellent Feefo rating.

Drop off was efficient and the driver was courteous, which clearly provided me a false sense of security. It was downhill from there.

Upon return it took 45 mins for the car to be returned. When I opened the door something felt off, the driver made a sharp exit and I’d realised that someone had riffled through the car. Glove box and centre console emptied, small change gone. This was the least of it.

I’m in the process of moving house and had some valuables in the rear seats so on closer inspection realised they (or someone) had stolen my rucksack containing a laptop, a soundbar and 1 of 3 TVs. There is absolutely no sign of a break in. To top it off they had clearly been driving the car around as a 1/3 of a tank of fuel had been used.

Yes naive of me to have left those items in there…book official airport parking going forwards!

We had the below booking and experienced the worst service ever!!!

We were told to call 30 minutes before we arrived, which we did. Had to phone a few times as the number below doesn’t get answered. We then had to wait in the freezing cold for the shuttle for about 20 minutes. They couldn’t find my booking, even with the booking number!!! Staff were rude and unhelpful. The taxi then reversed out straight into the side of a customers car!!! The driver then illegally drove speaking on his mobile all the way to the airport, veering in and out of lanes!!! Our return trip was just as bad. When we called we were told the taxi would be 30 minutes. We decided to wait inside as it was freezing. Then had a call 15 minutes later saying we need to hurry as he was ready and would only wait for 5 minutes!!! Again, sat on his mobile illegally, driving erratically again. When back, one again they said they can’t find my booking and couldn’t find the car!!!! Absolutely shocking and disgraceful!!!

I left my car with this so-called “meet and greet” service for 5 nights, and what I found when I returned was outrageous. Alcohol had been consumed inside my car, cigarettes had been smoked, the floor mats were soaked in mud, and cigarette butts were scattered everywhere.

To make matters worse, my sunglasses from the glove compartment, my navigation tablet, and all the coins I had in a small box were stolen. This is theft and gross negligence.

Do NOT leave your car with this cheap parking service. They have no accountability, no one to contact, and they leave you to deal with the damage and theft on your own.

I will be reporting this incident to the authorities. Avoid this place at all costs.

On the 03rd of November I left my car with IMG Parking Limited at Luton airport around 11AM. Picked up car on the 19th of November and immediately noticed extra miles driven. Driver claimed ignorance and said to contact office number. Calling number produced no help and in meanwhile I received penalty note with photo of my car driven back to terminal at the time I was in the air onboard flight. Challenged again Company and received no reply. Airport Luton is responsible for letting these scammers use official booking through Luton airport site.

This company works unofficially from the drop off area, this will add £14 to your bill. In addition my car received a parking ticket, which they refused to pay . The only positive reviews you will see are from their own people , such as Mr Sardar Avoid … Avoid …Avoid these people are scammers your car will not be secure.

I followed all the instructions sent via email, yet the service was late to collect my car, causing unnecessary stress. On top of that, I was charged an extra £8 for pick-up/drop-off — a fee that wasn’t clearly communicated. When I tried to speak with staff, no one could help. Instead, I was handed multiple different email addresses and told to appeal the charge. I did exactly that, but never received a response.

To make matters worse, when I called to follow up, they hung up on me. It’s not just about the money — it’s about the complete lack of professionalism and accountability. The whole experience felt chaotic and dismissive. I will absolutely never use this service again and would strongly advise others to steer clear.
