This is a meet and great in the mid stay parking which is 7-10min walk to the airport.
Not in the car park 1 - Luton

I had a great experience with this company. Booked 8 August to 12 August The driver was waiting for me to take my car at Luton. He was polite and friendly. When I returned just after I landed I phoned and they said they were sending a driver with the car. By the time I had walked to the car park he was a couple of mins away. This is really good because you meet at the drop and pick up zone and there is 15mins carparking. It allows time to get your bags in, get your route up and drive out. The driver was very nice and polite. Thank god he put the aircon on and got the car cool for me as it was 31° outside. Car in perfect condition mileage as it should be. I will definitely use them again as they were well priced and so efficient. I literally could not fault them

I don’t get people and their wonderful reviews?? This is NOT meet and greet. It’s actually dishonest to call it that. You have to drop your car and the mid stay car park and walk to the airport with all your luggage etc. on your return again you have to walk (in the rain) to the mid stay , roughly 10-15mins and wait for them to arrive! I wondered why I didn’t just pay for mid stay parking and not have someone putting miles on my car , wherever they park it! Ask yourself why you want meet and greet? To go straight in drop and walk stress free into the terminal. I suggest you rename your company

Brilliant and such a quick pick up and lovely and friendly people

I left my car with Luton Meet and Greet Airport Parking for just three nights, and it was returned to me with the entire camera system damaged — including the camera module, cameras, and parking sensors. None of it was working when I got the car back.

I called them immediately, and they told me to email in. After taking the car to a mechanic, I was informed that the damage most likely occurred due to the car being jump-started — something that can easily damage the camera module if not done properly. This means the battery must have gone flat while in their care, and they jump-started it without my permission, without informing me, and clearly without the necessary precautions.

To make matters worse, it took 45 minutes to return my car, when their service states 15 minutes. That delay, in hindsight, is highly suspicious and raises serious concerns.

When I contacted them to resolve the issue, they refused to accept any responsibility, would not provide CCTV footage, refused to investigate properly, and simply denied everything. I am now pursuing the matter through small claims court because they’ve left me with a £700 repair bill and no accountability.

Appalling service, zero professionalism, and a total lack of care or honesty. I wouldn’t trust them with a bicycle, let alone a car. Do not use this company!

Very dodgy car park, far away from the airport, I haven't got any receipt fot leaving the car there.
When I had made out the initial booking wasn't specified that another fee for pick and drop off has to be paid.

Excellent service. First time using them and will use again. Arrive at the yard and they took us straight to the terminal, please be aware in the small print you need to pay to enter and exit car park but still makes it a cheap service.
Excellent, friendly staff and when we arrived back they brought my car to the terminal so I could set off home straightaway without the hassle of going back to the yard. Great service. Left car for 10 days and very highly competitive

ITS NOT MEET & GREET!
Your basically given your car to a complete stranger.
We had to walk from the mid stay car park to the terminal which is approximately 10 to 15 minute away. On return we were told via email, the car would be delivered back in the multistorey car park level three. This was not the case.
We had to walk back to the midday car park and waited an extra 30 minutes, an hour in total.
At no point did I feel comfortable that this car parking service had my best interest at heart.
I have no idea where the car was parked. I have no idea if the drivers were insured. I had no idea. They even had a license.
There was no identification that the people who took and returned the car was actually working for this company.
I would strongly advise not to use.

The 'meet' service was fine although it was a 15 min walk to the airport terminal. However, when we returned we phoned at 23:30 as we disembarked the plane to be told our car would be brought round in 40 mins. We cleared security and got back to the meeting point at 00:00, but our car didn't arrive until 00:30 - a total of an hour from our initial phone call. We were left sitting on the pavement in the mid-stay car park waiting for 30 mins. Would have been much better off with a shuttle service.

Mixed feelings as not a 3 to 5 minute walk to the terminal more like 10 mins and with luggage..uphill!!On return paperwork stated that the vehicle would be brought to the multi-story car park which is much nearer.No…they made us walk to mid stay again,late at night and tired.
Very misleading marketing and would not use again on that basis.
The drivers were quick and efficient.
