Very very bad returns u can spend thousands and have very few bonus games, I don't feel this about any other big name betting Institutions, I've spent thousands this year on one game in particular and I can count with 1 maybe 2 hands how many times the bonus has came in with very very poor returns even on the bonus I've never been up in terms of money.

This casino is worse than worse. They always say "random generated drops" but when you play every day you realise how they cheat.
For example your win rate depends on your deposit and balance. And do not listen the crap talks they tell it is not dependent on that.
They use psychological tricks as well. For example good drop always ends up where you can see that next symbol was the winning one or the bonus and they always let you see that little bit of next drop so you think it was near. But in reality it is a trick to make you keep playing.
Another thing if you withdraw the money your win rate becomes so low that it is amazing you get maybe 1out 10 positive drop. They say it is have nothing to with it but as soon as you feed back the amount you withdrawn with extra money the rate will go up again. If you play here daily you should see the pattern of theyr tricks.
It is disgusting and this casino should not be allowed to operate like all other online gambling because they lie lie lie and lie again about rates, win, and other things

Made a deposit no problems stated I didn't need to upload any documents. Came to withdraw after 24 hours still isn't processed can't make a second withdrawal till first 1 is complete states on the site quick withdrawal! Tried every way to contact them no response to emails fb or bot very disappointed
40 minutes after posting review my withdrawal has been processed so I have amended my rating, customer service needs to improve dramatically to improve it more.

If I could rate it 0 star, I would. The customer service team is an absolute joke. Trying to get help on there through chatbot, all you would get is generic FAQs. And if you finally manage to go through all that, a live agent would give you even MORE generic replies as if they do not speak english or understand basic english. There is a game that allegedly did not end properly. Despite my 5 attempta to ask the CS to CLOSE IT FOR ME, they just keep going on and on about oh you need to click the X to exit the game. GOD IF I DID THAT, THE PROBLEM STILL PERSISTS THEN IT IS OBVIOUS THAT YOUR WEBSITE HAS A BUG….. Do not use this site! Literally can’t get in touch with a person. Made first deposit tried withdrawing winnings … still in process. Says player pending however when you go in to upload documents it says I’m all verified. Tried to talk to someone had a message back 6 hours later to say it’s all good payment is in process but I should put my account into a cooling off period to protect my funds while the withdrawal is being processed. It sounds like the funds you are referring to are now bonus funds.
Please note that when you have an active bonus, once you use all your real money balance and you then start to place bets with your bonus balance, then, any winnings that are accumulated from the bonus funds, will then be added to your bonus balance as per our bonus policy until the bonus is redeemed.
You can redeem the bonus by collecting points playing on slot games and completing the wagering requirements. You can also check your progress by going to Cashier - Active Bonuses. Once the wagering is completed, any funds will then move to your real money balance and you should be able to request a withdrawal.
