Very fast and efficient came out an hour after I contacted very polite and pleasant guy unblocked my sinks and toilets felt embarrassed as it was such a small job very happy with his customer service feel relieved now good job unfortunately didn’t get his name.

I reported the blocked drain to the Council. They were unable to unblock it,and they contacted Metrorod for me. The guy who came out was very polite, and did a thorough job,by unblocking the drain and testing it with a dye substance, to make sure it was properly unblocked and flowing freely. Good job! Thank you.

Mark was able to identify what was causing our drainage problem and then managed to clear the blockage in the main sewer that had been causing our drains to back up and overflow. This relieved us of great anxiety that had troubled us for several days. Thank you Mark for excellent service.
