Had a difficult part to find so good in that perspective. Too much packaging when a jiffy bag and first class stamp would have sufficed this would cut down on the postage cost aswell. Price of postage cost more than the part

Also the model you have since emailed us about, is not a model that we have any information on, so would be unable to assist you with.
We are unable to cover the returns cost for you ordering the incorrect parts from our site as is shown on our returns page.
Sent wrong parts, never heard back from customer service
I was sent the wrong parts. Tried to contact customer service to arrange and exchange but never heard back. Waste of money.

Gas injectors …
Emailed to make an enquiry regarding gas injectors as there is no phone number, not sure how long it normally takes to respond but after 2 days of waiting for a reply and still waiting. I’m not impressed.

Edit as a reply to the response below, you did NOT reply to my email at all regarding the missing parts and have not replied to a subsequent email for 3 more spare parts. I have resent it via your contact us form on the website. Hopefully you can reply to that ?

When I emailed minervaparts they were very quick getting back to me confirming the size of the glass oven door
When I enquired about the inner glass oven door they comfernd the measurement of the glass door which was the correct one for me nice to know that you are ordering the correct item

Order the right part
The part arrived quickly. Make a mistake and got the wrong part. Had to return it blind hoping I'll get the refund for it as:
Contact was really bad, they do not answer emails, no contact phone numbers.
Customer service seems not to exist.
Won't be using this company again.

Only place I could find the part I…
Only place I could find the part I needed. Great price and fast dispatch. Star removed as postage price was ridiculous. Nearly £10 for a metal clip the size of my thumb nail! Postage was more than the part itself. Shame as that spoiled the overall experience.
