I made an order, and after I paid I received no tracking info. I emailed them several times, made a request on the website for which again I received no response. The next request I made on their website I wrote that I will make a claim to my bank and report the website, two hours later I received an email informing me that I will be refunded. So customer support isn’t their thing I guess.

Parts from Minerva resolved oven door problem
Had been struggling to resolve an oven door problem where the inner glass plastic fastenings had broken. Was pointed at Minerva via Rangemaster customer service and was looking for a replacement door. Actually found the plastic fixings and resolved my problem for less than £20 including delivery. Many thanks.

Went on website and put exact model…
Went on website and put exact model number in. Ordered the thermocouple that came up and it’s the wrong one when I stripped oven to fit it ! 35 years experience so definitely doesn’t fit ! Only took the job because of an old lady customer whose oven doesn’t work. Sent a message on the site enquiring about returning the part and refund etc but not even got a reply ! Won’t bother next time.

I've been waiting for a reply for 6…
I've been waiting for a reply for 6 days after being sent the wrong part twice. Was asked to send photos of said parts amd have had no reply since so been unable to use my oven. With 3 kids it's no really acceptable. Not one email to apologise after the first part was incorrect they just sent another part

After trying several options, I emailed Minerva, got a reply followed by delivery of the part which my son fitted.
Clearly just want your money
Trying to get hold.of someone is awful.
I had the wrong part delivered, no way of speaking to anyone keep twlling you to send a message which i have done twice now. Tried to look at the returns process online and its a blank page. Awful. Another thing is I was told by @Argos to use these because it was the only place I could get a replacment for Bush oven. Shocking
