Efficient Company
Fast delivery of my order, there were two tiny screws missing they emailed me back straight away , followed by a phone call and dealt with the matter immediately hassle free and delivered screws immediately
It was good to actually speak with someone on a phone rather than some machine
Would defiantly order with them again
Plus they were cheaper than buying from high street shop

It is always unfortunate for us to have to reverse a sale and provide a refund if the items have any packaging issues or do not meet our very high standards. We are surprised by your feedback. Any item can be returned in original packaging and resalable condition for a full refund.
A slow response initially but they recovered the situation well.
Initially their response to an issue I had was slow, but to their credit they reached out to me to resolve the problem and all is good now.

The wrong item was sent .... but in hindsight there are less buttons to press so it should work out better ... it hasn't reached the person it is meant for, but keeping fingers crossed..
