The glow in the dark toilet seat doesn’t glow and the power points cover don’t glow so it was a complete waste from money.

Very poor communication. Multiple issues with the customer service including a failure to advise myself that one of the products ordered and paid for was not available as it was on back order. The order was then cancelled without asking me if I wanted to wait for the product to be back in stock.

An excellent strong sturdy walking aid which is very useful in the home for carrying food/clothes/cleaning products etc safely and effortlessly. Delivery was very fast and communication prompt.

I purchased an Aspire Walker while I love the walker, I did email the person I brought the walker through to say there was some damage. The damage was small but deep scuff marks into the paint work, I suggest it was possibly done in transit.
NO one replied, disappointing when I still about $20K to spend there or else where. I love good service to the end.

We bought the toilet surround as we have a low toilet and this has made a difference for both my husband and myself! It has adjustable height levels!

This little gadget means I can open every bottle or jar. This is my second, I moved house and had to have one after so many weeks of just not being able to open some jars.

I purchased a care bed and a companion bed with mattresses, in July 2020. It is for my husband who has Alzheimers, and who will not cooperate with me when I try to get him up, dress him, shower etc. On the very positive side - I would not be able to care for my husband without it. It sits him up, raises and lowers him etc so that I am able to care for him alone most times. It is an excellent and much appreciated help in that way. However on the negative side - I noticed some time ago that he always lay on the edge of the bed and I wondered why, until I lay on it myself and realised that the right side was softer, I think because of the mechanical lifters etc under the bed. Then he started slipping (gently falling) out of bed. So I turned the beds around so that my companion bed is against the right side instead of the left, and now he still lies on that edge of the bed but my bed beside him keeps him from falling out. I rang Moblility HQ at the time and was told they have had no one else say that. I suggested that probably most carers do not lie on the bed themselves so do not realise. However they said someone would ring me from elswhere (perhaps the manufacturer I'm not sure), about it, but no one ever did. As I live 600km from Brisbane returning the bed is out of the question anyway.
Also I ordered a king single care bed, and 2 king single mattresses not realising the companion bed is a normal single. So I sleep on a regular sized companion bed with a king size mattress on it! I also did not realise the companion bed's skirting needed to be separately ordered, as the picture shows it on the bed, so mine does not have any. I know that was my fault, but I feel that the lady I ordered from should have pointed this out to me.

Very quick delivery and I was advised exactly when the walker was being delivered.

The walker itself is exactly what my Mother-in-Law needed, light and manoeuvrable. It is one of the higher priced models but quality trumps price any day.

Roho Cushion returned because faulty.
We had a faulty roho cushion picked up well before Christmas and are still waiting for a replacement. Have sent several e-mails enquiring about status and nothing has been forthcoming except e-mails acknowledging ours. Seat walker folds very easy to go in the boot of the car
Did not use delivery to dear picked it up myself

But ,just watch the ski can harms the skin accidentally,
When you lifting frame or steps on them.Round plugs will be a better option.

Needed aids for post-op total knee replacement. Popped into Regency Park, SA, store to have a look. Very helpful person demonstrated the use of items required, easy to find and pick out what was required. Pricing also good. Went home with everything I will need.

Very happy with this seat - the side handles gives that extra bit of security when sitting and rising. So easy to clean being a solid seat.

One of the best pieces I have ever bought. Keeps the bedclothes away from the skin. Easy to use. Love it!
