Lie about what the hotel is going to offer And then not do anything about it when it’s not offered I was forced to stay in a hotel, Arizona without air conditioning in the summertime neither Moby trip and the hotel I stayed in Wanted to rectify the situation. I was also charged 50% of the hotel nightly rate in taxes and fees 50%

I booked a voucher thru MobyTrip to stay at a Holiday Inn. When I arrived, they said they’d had a number of scams with internet travel companies and don’t even partner with MobyTrip and in fact had been completely booked for quite some time. I immediately called MobyTrip’s number. They didn’t answer. I tried again. Still no answer. I left a message, but No one ever called me back. So, I disputed it with my credit card company. MobyTrip then argued and said I never contacted them. Luckily, I had proof of the call on my cell bill, so I was refunded. They are scammers!!

Would leave no stars, Booked a reservation through the website but when I got to the hotel; the hotel said the website didn’t submit the payment even though the website had already charged my card! Now I’m out $300 and no room to stay!! Unacceptable when customer service is nonexistent!!!! SCAM!! Took the money and ran!! DONT BOOK THROUGH THIS SITE!

I booked a hotel in Thomasville, Georgia. To visit my sister that was in the hospital, it was Thomasville, Alabama. The hotel in Alabama was the only one that kept on popping up. That's when I realized at the hotel that I booked in the wrong city. When I called them they told me they would instantly give me a refund, They didn't want to help me.They kept on cutting me off.Saying I will get it and be patient. It's been a week. When I called today they completely blocked my number. I paid for 2 hotels in one night. As soon as you call, they seem very helpful.Then after that, they don't want to help you and it's very unfortunate.You put one city in state and and it keeps on directing to the wrong state. Whatever you do Get your hotel reservations from the actual Hotel. It was late at night and I was just trying to find a hotel room. It's a shame that they're still up and running.They're absolutely horrible don't use them!!!!

Made a booking for 1 night stay in Jacksonville, hotel had some trouble finding the reservation code because I made it only 10 minutes before walking in, got all sorted and checked in, saved like $15

We drove 2 days to Jacksonville Florida from Ohio in January. Had our hotel booked from the 4th to the 12th. When we got to the hotel, our reservation had been cancelled. We were told that since we didn't show up on the 2nd they had cancelled our room. We had to go to another hotel and shorten our trip because of their mistake in booking our hotel. I double checked & I did put in the 4th to the 12th. When I called them, they were very rude. I've been fighting them for 4 months. Do not use them. They are not professional at all.

THIS IS AN INTERNET SCAM. Do not use them. They stole money from me and the lied repeatedly about processing a refund about speaking to me, speaking to the hotel, etc. The hotel - Hilton - where I was supposed to stay said they never heard of them - Never worked with them. They told me the confirmation number Moby gave me is a fake number according to the hotel.
Fraud!
Don't book. They don't give all the details in advance, only after booking you'll realize that there will be additional charges at the hotel. I reported them to the FTC for fraud.

Everything How do you use many many travel agencies?And this is the worst I have ever used.The people are rude.They don't listen, they interrupt you and they did not work with you in any way.Do not waste your money.Go somewhere else.It's not even worth the cheap amount because it's a cheap company

I booked online motel
I booked a motel online got their on the actual date and the motel was temporarily closed due to busted pipes.. I've called and waited for a response on a refund which they said was confirmed and it's 2 weeks later nothing has happened.. they blocked my number and took my money which is ridiculous.. can anyone assist me on my next procedure I should take this has been a stressful experience..
Horrible don’t go through them
Very simple. I went online and booked through them. I showed up at the hotel to find out there were no rooms available. I called customer service back who not only made me wait an hour but tried to negotiate with me a refund/return my money for their mistake
Third Party Scam
I was misled thinking I confirmed an Airbnb stay and it rerouted to this third party that is a scam. The hotel had no confirmation of my stay at all. The room they scrambled to give us by (finally) 1am was not at all the room I was charged for. Due to the staff unaware of my stay and even providing all the email confirmation from this company did not lead me to the correct room booked nor having any information regarding the stay. Charged way above retail value for the incorrect accommodation that took well over two hours to handle.
