Great experience

First time ordering from Modes and I must say it was a perfectly seamless experience (especially after I ordered this pair of boots from Cettire and they didn't deliver!). My Doc Martens X Rick Owens pair arrived earlier than expected (2 days ahead of schedule--kudos to DHL too!). Now I know what I'll be wearing tomorrow. This is sold out everywhere in the US so Italy was my last resort. Definitely shopping at Modes again.

product is niet geleverd. Geen enkele reactie vanuit customer service. Ook niet na herhaaldelijke mails. Kortom: onbetrouwbare webwinkel.

I had a terrific customer service experience purchasing from Modes thanks to Alessandra from the concierge! She was very helpful and patient and also responsive as we communicated via Whatsapp.

It honestly started out with just me inquiring about a bag availability in stores while I was in Milan, and did not plan to get it if it wasn't in stores. When I came to know it wasn't in the Milan outlet but in France, Alessandra worked it all out for me and had the bags delivered to Singapore! She had a friendly disposition and was proactive in giving me options during the experience which I truly appreciate.

Thank you for such a smooth transaction, I'll come back if there's another bag or item I want! ❤️

BUYER BEWARE! I placed an order on 12/5/22 for an item that was supposedly in stock. After a week, I didn’t get any notification of shipping, so I followed up with customer service. They then sent me a link to a tracking number shortly after. Soon after that, someone from the Concierge reached out to me and told me the item was not in stock and tried to get me to buy something else. Frustrated with the conflicting information, I requested a refund as I did not want to do any more business with this company. When I reached out again to customer service after not receiving any refund, they told me that they were rearranging shipment! How can you rearrange shipment for something with no stock!? It has been nearly 3 weeks of this back and forth and I still have no refund and no answer as to what is happening with my order. I don’t know if this site is legitimate or if it’s a scam. I am out about $400 USD and worried I will never receive it back.

Schuhe sind relativ schnell gekommen und alles war ok, jedoch wurde ich jetzt 2 Wochen später, nachdem ich den Newsletter gekündigt hatte auf meiner privaten Nummer auf whats App angeschrieben. Es war eine Angestellte von Modes, die mit 15% nochmal Werbung machen wollte. Wirklich absolut unseriös und ein absolutes Unding. Peinlich für ein Unternehmen dieser Klasse aus solche Methoden zurückzugreifen

L’esperienza di concierge è stata ottima.Alessandra è stata davvero gentile e piacevole. Mi ha Seguito passo a passo nelle proposte che erano in linea con la mia persona .
Il prodotto acquistato risulta come consigliato ;perfetto nel Fit e davvero un ottimo capo di qualità . Non vedo l’ora di riutilizzare il servizio concierge di Modes.

If your from the US don’t order from here. I was sent the wrong item and returned it two months ago and still haven’t been refunded after 3 calls with customer service. It truly has been a nightmare.
