Just bought pair of Valentino jeans and i have to say the service I received felt so personal and tailored to me was great. Francesca who was helping me with my queries was a exceptional at providing the highest service she could give. She made sure the product details was all correct and even made sure i was informed at all stages of purchase, i’m just waiting on delivery of my jeans now. I live london so was concerned in regards to delivery but she assured me it will be fine.

Few hickups, but nice website and fast international shipping.
Before ordering I searched for reviews, because I did not know this website. The reviews were mixed, so I was a bit hesitant. But I took the chance and ordered a Valentino bag. A few minutes after ordering I got a message that my card was declined and the order was cancelled. So I called my bank, but they had no idea why it was declined. I tried an second time with another card (yes, I’m a daredevil!). This time it was accepted and within 3 days my bag arrived in The Netherlands. I’ve read that this card decline thing happens more often and that people have to wait for their money to return, but mine was back on my account the next day.
So there are some hickups yes, but ultimately I got my bag fast and it is gorgeous. I also got an email from curstomer care with a lot of apoligies.
