I got my wife a sweatshirt for our wedding anniversary and it arrived ripped. I contacted them and explain what had happened and they sent out a brand new one. Bonus points were given as it arrived 1 day before our anniversary meaning she's none the wiser. Great customer service thank you.

I purchased an embroidered hoodie for my girlfriend. My chosen photo was shown to me & although it was amazing I felt a different photo would look better.
Contacted the team & they were amazing at helping me change the photo and get it sorted.
Delivery was quick & the hoodie looks perfect.

I had a great experience all round! I wanted a present that meant something but could be used. I was set on one photo and was worried it wouldn’t work. I saw on the website it says you can message them on instagram so that’s what I did. I quickly received a very helpful and friendly response. It made me sure it was the gift I wanted. However I was still worried it would not turn out as I hoped however when I received my purchase I was amazed! It was just as I asked if not better! The jumper is good quality and the details and design is spot on. I was very happy with the price. Much cheaper than what he would buy and just as good if not better quality plus so much more special than his other jumpers. Would definitely buy again.
