I ordered my product in the beginning of December... Its February, and I still have not received anything or received an update on my order. I have tried contacting them numerous times through their website and instagram but never receive a response.

Thier instagram page is full of comments from people that still have not received their order or even a response.

AVOID.

Communication and system is awful.

Ordered in October to get ahead of Christmas rush, I checked before hand with my photo on insta and sent them the details when I had ordered 2 days later I got a email stating parcel awaiting dispatch...stayed like that for 3 weeks I contacted them and was advised my photo didnt work or upload. Said they had emailed but I never received it so they were happy to take my money and not give me any order after 3 weeks! It soon got sorted but order to delivery took 5 weeks... I guess due to the Christmas rush. The jumper looks ok but waiting 5 weeks instead of 5 days with 0 communication other than 1 supposed email is diabolical. Also have money stuck for an affiliate link which you can't withdraw...... definitely won't be using this business again. Desperately need to step up there customer service and pause any new orders to sort the backlog surely!

I ordered on the 3rd December and my order arrived on the 15th December.

On their website, it did advise that the item would be created and shipped within 2-3 days but with Christmas around the corner, I did expect delays. However, it did cause stress due to many other customers advising they hadn't received their items when they had ordered weeks ago.

I had to reach out via Instagram, Facebook, their website and email to try and get an update and finally had a response on Instagram. However, not receiving responses when stories are being posted on Instagram was frustrating.

The item arrived and it was perfect, just as I'd requested.

With this being my second order, i would give this small business another chance in the future and only hope they learn from this year.

Over a month since ordering still says ‘Awaiting Fulfilment’. Numerous email requests, chat features and phone calls no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! The worst customer experience I’ve ever had please just order elsewhere or use a credit card for a chargeback. If I could give it 0 stars I would!

Recieved my order before Christmas.
The quality of the hoodie is really good. However the stitching of the picture is not acceptable at all considering i sent the picture to be approved and they said they can do it, i also looked at the other hoodies they produced. I contacted them via email no response finally get a response via instagram and a voice note saying he will check and get back to me on the same day and lo and behold no response and that was well over a week ago! Been trying to contact him again since and been ignored. DO NOT ORDER FROM IRWAND lack of customer service. I understand that you run a small business but communication is KEY.

I purchased a Hoodie for my wife and paid an extra £10 for a personalised message to be added. The quality of the garment is pretty good but I have an issue with the personalised message. I thought that I paid £10 for the message to be added to the garment but instead it was printed on a standard piece of white card , NOT stitched on the garment.
For £10 I could have bought a nice card, personalised it myself and maybe bought a small bunch of flowers. I have contacted Moments Made twice without any response.

Just like other reviews I ordered on 7th Dec and then received the email saying they were struggling to fulfil orders by Christmas. I was one of the “lucky” ones and my hoodie arrived 23rd Dec. However they’d sent me a random hoodie with a print of a dog that I did not request. I have sent numerous emails to a variety of email addresses, used the chat bot and tried instagram showing pictures but have heard nothing. Real disappointment as I loved the concept - but agree with all the other reviews, feels like a scam.

I ordered two jumpers as a Christmas present for my girlfriend, the quality was great but the wrong size was delivered after messaging and emailing 4-5 times since I have still had no response to this error so while I really like the jumper I am unlikely to use again

Ordered 2 for Xmas presents never arrived , sent several emails, txts, FB messages, instagram messages phone calls !! And nothing! Will be taking to trading standards !!!

Received my order today and it’s brilliant !
Amazing quality and the detail and likeness to the photo provided is amazing.
There was a delay in receiving my order due to such an influx of orders at Christmas but I’m over the moon with the finished product.
2nd time ordering with this small business and it won’t be the last

I wouldn’t even give this so called company 1 star. 15 year old son ordered hoodie on 26 November for his wee girlfriends Xmas and £55 was taken out of my bank account the following day yet hoodie never arrived . Numerous emails and messages have been sent to them yet all been ignored . Absolutely disgusting way to treat anyone , even more so a child. Shame on you 😡😡😡

Never received order and not able to contact. Took my money and by the looks of the other reviews on their website lots of other people's money with no product in return

Company got in touch saying they had too many orders to process before Xmas, said I could cancel so I did.
No refund, no response - nothing!
Investigated the company - uk gov companies house have the company as DISSOLVED!!

Scam site. Ordered 14th Dec and still not here on 9th Jan. No communication. template emails sent out basically saying hang in there. Just delaying tactics no doubt to avoid any refunds since they can't fulfil orders. Avoid Avoid Avoid unless you don't mind losing money.

This company is a complete scam. Have not received my order made months ago that promised to arrive by Christmas have emailed multiple times and get a generic email back saying sorry we haven’t replied to you email/dm/tweet. The day before Christmas received a bulk email saying they won’t be able to complete orders by Christmas and now I still haven’t received a refund or any communication response about a refund. Do not use this company they are a complete scam

Ordered and received an email advising item will be shipped in 2-3 days. 9 days later I received an email advising it wouldn’t be received before Christmas (ordered 11th December). Requested a refund at the time and 2 weeks later no response to messages, no refund, and silent across all social media. Avoid!

I saw this company on instagram. I placed 2 orders. I was concerned when no sign at 10 days since order. Delivery took about three weeks, perhaps down to demand from their successful advertising. The first order delivered in the wrong size. I used the chat bot and I followed up with an email and a replacement arrived 7-10 days later. Second order was spot on. I’m happy with the designs. These are a really lovely personal gift.
Will order again.
