Thoughtful, thorough help and service.
As soon as we walked in, Amberly in the Swindon branch was there for us until the moment we left with all our school uniform items. Great advice given on sizing and future-proofing. Amberly was very patient with our lively 2 year old and with our eldest son trying out all the sizes of items in the fitting rooms to get everything just right. Pretty much everything we needed was there in the store. She even appended all the correct clothing sizes to my hand-written list for our future reference. Brilliant service!

Hove store, great customer service
We booked an appointment for the Hove store. My son is started secondary school and Sophie P was really helpful, friendly and very welcoming, she had great knowledge for exactly what we needed. The whole experience was easy and quite quick which was perfect. The other staff were lovely and friendly too.
I would definitely recommend shopping here. Great customer service.

It was easy to make and appointment
It was easy to make and appointment, we arrived 5 minutes early and were seen immediately by Amberly. She helped us for 40 minutes, giving great advice and was friendly and very patient. Nothing was too much trouble and it was clear she wanted to make sure we were totally happy with everything. She also clearly knew what she was talking about with her advice, being familiar with the schools and giving school specific advice to another lady from a different school too while we were standing together waiting for our kids to try on the clothes. Overall a great experience.

Didn’t have an appointment, but the Tunbridge Wells store was quiet enough to get service. A very kind assistant called Dylan helped my son, and was really knowledgeable when it came to choosing sizes.

Great company, glad to have it back in Yate for convenience and the staff are really friendly. Easy system to book a time slot online & was seen as soon as entered shop. Could probably do with a bit of a bigger space/shop.

Great staff
Booking an appointment was easy. We were welcomed by Humayra who helped us pick out the appropriate uniform. She was polite and helpful, with no pushy selling.
My daughter was able to try on numerous items, with no pressure to hurry, until we found the correct fit.
The young lady at the till point was also polite and helpful.
My only complaint is the price of the uniform, but that will always be expensive.
