Exceptional customer service
Exceptional customer service. Great quality products. Highly recommend. Purchased 3 clutches for friends’ 50ths. They were embossed with their initials and delivered within 2 days. Very reasonably priced and absolutely gorgeous. They adored them. I’m really surprised by the negative reviews here and can only think the business is now under new management. Highly recommend.

Cheap quality leather …
I purchased a passholder for a present and the quality is so awful. I was previously gifted a passport holder a few years ago and mine was gorgeous so I thought I’d get my friend the same. The leather looks cheap in comparison and there are so many crinkles it looks second hand. Unfortunately I won’t be giving this gift to my friend due to the cheap quality. Waste of money and now I have to find a last minute gift!

The products are timeless, beautiful, and made from really good quality materials. To top it off, the customer support is excellent - the team at Mon Purse offered attentive and responsive service.
Product didn’t seem good enough quality…
Product didn’t seem good enough quality for the price. Wrist strap on the clutch was too long. Also they send you spam text messages with details of their sales once you’re on their database which is the absolute worst.

I reached out to the new Mon Purse team after being left out of pocket and furious by the previous owners. Rob was an absolute superstar and more than made up for a situation he never even caused. Completely turned it around. Back on board with this brand under lovely new ownership.
Christmas shopping started!
I loved the cute leather key chains on the Mon Purse website and when they went on sale, I knew I had to order. I bought six: each with different personalization and they were on my doorstep two days later. Amazing. Thanks Mon Purse!

Absolutely love my bags I got from MON. I got the weekender and double pouch bag, both in Camel Gold. I got it personalised with silver print. I realised when I got my bags that I should have got gold print as was pre selected when choosing my text. As the bags were for my sisters birthday and I wanted them to be perfect, I thought I would send a message to MON to ask if it was possible to change it to Gold. Thinking it was a wild shot, Rob from MON got back to me straight away and said no problem at all!!! I was so stoked. I took the bags in and they were both redone in gold and they looked fantastic!! Thank you Rob and team for your EXCEPTIONAL service and quality. The bags are absolutely beautiful and the smell of the leather is amazing. Will be a regular for sure.

New ownership for Brand, 10/10 happy!
I recently purchased an item from MON purse and I was skeptical reading all the reviews so I reached out to customer service to see what was happening. They have recently bought back the brand from previous owners and were so helpful with their advice and service. From the conversation with customer service I was happy to spend $350 on the bag I was looking at and couldn’t be happier. It arrived on time and was beautifully made with good quality materials. I was extremely happy from beginning to end so I thought I would share this with others!

Same as everyone else. Product not received, will not respond to emails. Have they gone belly-up? Will follow the lead of another reviewer and lodge a dispute through PayPal. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

So disappointing. As a previous happy customer i had no thoughts about making another purchase however no response to multiple emails and social dms. Thank goodness for PayPal disputes. DO NOT make a purchase.
