I placed and order and was not able to…

I placed and order and was not able to be processed then went on to place the order again I then saw I was charged twice and twice for shipping. I tried to contact mon purse by many emails and on Facebook messenger as they have no contact number. No one responded and sent my parcel in one shipment even though o was charged twice. Still no contact! Makes supporting Australian business hard when they have no way to be contacted! This business is robbery. Shame on you!

$100+ product, engraving not centred and no response

Purchased a laptop case and was not happy with it due to the my initials being completely OFF the middle. Its very clear its not centred and more to the left and everyone i showed could see it and it wasnt just me over reacting.
Wrote an email saying ive kept all the boxes and i was happy to exchange (not expecting a new one to be delivered) or something. Over 6 business days no and no response. Messaged on facebook and their ig and got a msg back saying 'Please allow up to 48 business hours to receive a response.'but it has been? Still no reply to what can be done.
Absolutely waste of a $100+ product.
If it was cheap ebay $10 product then i wouldn't complain. This is suppose to be high, leather good??? Don't think so.
Now i'll be telling and showing people that DONT get monpurse, poor quality, bad customer service as well.

Poor response times and product quality

I purchased a leather pouch from Mon Purse at the beginning of the year and loved my purchase, it came quickly and was packed in a lovely box etc. I then decided to purchase a wallet for my mother last week and it came with just a thin piece f tissue sticky taped around and the purse had scuffs and scratches on the back of it. I emailed regarding the quality of the product and have not revived a response back - I have also sent two follow up emails and not received a response back. Very unhappy with this service and unfortunately will not be purchasing again.

**** 05/08 - Update - after not receiving any responses to my emails I sent a message via Facebook. Within a week they shipped out a replacement wallet. Happy with the outcome however not happy with the journey to get there.

No communication and 12 month guarantee wasn't honored

Purchased a top handle bag in August '19, broke in May '20 and couldn't be repaired (I wonder if it's a design fault) and the replacement bag was sent to the wrong address in June. No communication via email, phone or instagram direct message. The team working in Myer didn't return after Myer re-opened (due to COVID). Are staff still working? I have filed a complaint with Fair Trading.

Colour on website very different from real life

Ordered a mauve coloured phone case online and when it arrived the colour looked so different from the photo!

I thought they had definitely sent out the wrong one so I emailed them and they agreed so they sent out another (in a beige colour?) so I emailed them AGAIN and they sent out a third case, this time in the first colour...

It seems like the first case was the ‘correct’ one but the colour is so off even the customer support person didn’t realise. Though I got three cases for the price of one if I knew what the colour would be like I wouldn’t have ordered at all! Two stars since the customer service replied fairly quickly.

I will never shop from the online store again, but will consider shopping in person.

Terrible service - paid in full and no goods

Terrible service. Purchased an item as a gift 6 weeks ago. Not posted yet and no reason why. Trying to resolve is a nightmare. Weeks with no response while they look for my order. Have paid in full and no refund either.

The worst customer service for an online company. Buyer beware. If something goes wrong it is impossible to get in contact with anyone to assist.

Over promise and under deliver

Over promise and under deliver. The product is good, but the service is appalling. Delivery was delayed by months, and it was difficult to get a response. Even this request for review comes six months after the delivery. I sincerely hope you can improve the customer service.

What an absolute joke of a company... if you want to be like the many (including myself) and be out of pocket, ripped off then go right ahead... if only I read these reviews before buying!!! Stupid me.
Purchase my perfect bag back in Jan 2020, got it no probs... 2 weeks in the clasp on the bag broke (warning sign 1), contact customer service and spoke with Jennifer or Belinda who assured me it would be repaired, countless emails later from different people I have no bag or refund.
I’ve since contacted DOFT and they too have had no luck so I will be taking them to tribunal. Their response is that they have emailed me several times with no response back... this is the game I’ve been dealing with for the last 5 months. Save yourself the headache, learn from us and buy from TDE... much better company, better customer service and products will not be faulty like mine.

This is one of the worst companies

This is one of the worst companies - DO NOT order anything from here!! I bought something in early Dec 2019 and it never arrived. I chased them up multiple times and requested a refund and never heard anything back. I then raised it with both office of fair trading and PayPal, finally got a refund but I’d say if I didn’t do both those things I would never have received a refund. So my message to anyone that is seeking a refund and hasn’t heard anything back from mon purse - try going to office of fair trading and PayPal. Good luck!

Terrible Customer Service - Do Not Order From Here!

After ordering a custom bag in February and not receiving it by March, I sent an email and was only then advised that there were issues with the supplier due to COVID-19 and they had no due date for my bag. I requested a full refund and was advised I would receive my refund in 10 days. I asked for this refund in May, 2 months later I still have not received a refund and numerous unanswered emails have been sent. I also lodged a complaint with PayPal, and no surprise these emails have also not been answered. I feel completely ripped off and have had my money stolen from. I do not recommend this company at all, no matter how good the quality of their products, they have stolen quite a lot of money from me!

Upset and disappointed with the purchase and service

I purchased a wallet for a gift.
I am truly disappointed in its quality!I received one three years ago for my 50th birthday and it is so much nicer. I thought it would make the best gift for one of my friends 50ths.
I use mine everyday and it still looks good three years on. However the wallet I received last week is dreadful by comparison.
The zip on the one I’ve purchased is cheap and rough, the leather is not as soft and looks poor quality.
I am not happy at all with gifting this wallet.

I complained to Mon and asked if they use a different manufacturer,
I also noted that it wasn’t even boxed.
When they responded it was to say yes they’re using a different manufacturer and they were more concerned about the fact that the item wasn’t boxed than my real complaint which was obviously the product.
I subsequently asked for a refund and returns authorisation. They refuse me this on the grounds that that I got what is accurately depicted online.
I did not get what I expected and I definitely have not received customer service that a customer should receive when they are unhappy and disappointed with a substandard product.

Extremely disappointing customer service

I am a regular customer with Monpurse and I am extremely disappointed from the poor customer service I have received recently. After receiving the wrong products in the mail back in March, I contacted the team at mon purse and still have never received a reply. Therefore I currently have good with I cannot give as the gift I purchased them for, as they have the wrong initials on them and are the wrong products. I feel horrible writing this review, however every customer should receive the goods they paid for.

Poor customer service

I bought my AirPods case in store in 2019 and the monogramming was created in error, the wrong tool was used and damaged the case.
The assistant sent me away with the damaged case and ordered a new one for delivery. The wrong colour case and monogramming was delivered. I gave feedback and again the wrong case was delivered, this happened a total of 4 times and now I have five incorrect cases.
What poor service and what a waste, I have requested someone call me on two occasions but this hasn’t happened.
I gave up.... when I feel comfortable going back into store where I can actually speak to a person, I will be taking all five cases back in and asking for a refund. This is such poor service. I would never recommend Mon Purse to anyone.

The wallet and actual delivery was great. However what you failed to advise after paying so much for this is that I had to pay additional customs duty to your courier and this I felt was too much and rather unfair. I live in the UK.
