Alaijah was very helpful. She really wanted to help me get a booking. Unfortunately there is no current inventory where I want to go. I will keep checking back.

Absolute trash

Absolute trash. They charge me $800 to buy a vacation package And every time I go to use the vacation package, I have to pay more than $800 to stay at the hotel. There was no point in buying a package in the first place. This is a total baiting switch. They literally should be sued shut down in companies like this shouldn’t even be able to exist in America.

I want to thank Tino again for spending time on clarifying our vacation package, and booking our cruise. Tino helped us out tremendously. Also, cleared up our doubts and scepticism about Monster Reservations Group. Very professional and straightforward when answering our questions.

The service I received due to this… The accommodation equality of adult adults and children was addressed and corrected.

The service I received due to this review was great. The individual I dealt with whose name was Alicia Thornton did a very good and thorough job. Finally heard the guy out, just for him to try an convince me I have "an expiring deposit from 2 years ago"

Decided not to travel and forego my…

Decided not to travel and forego my package purchased earlier (really had no option anfter spending 45 min on the phone and learning the resort mentioned early in the call suddenly turned into a DoubleTree…) Absolutely horrible experience. My advice is to stay away!! Don’t buy these scams on Facebook!!

Phenomenal Customer Service!

Worked with Jamie in guest services who absolutely went above and beyond to try to help us. We had an issue with our reservation completely outside of anyone’s control and Jamie was extremely kind and sympathetic. She went above and beyond to help and although she wasn’t able to resolve this particular issue, she made sure we were taken care of for future vacations. We have always had positive experiences with Monster representatives and Jamie’s friendly and empathetic demeanor met and exceeded the customer service expectation we have come to know with Monster. We will continue using Monster in the future because if representatives like Jamie.

Separating the staff from the company…a scam

Separating the staff from the company is why I am giving a 1. The staff are great! But the company is scammy and misleading. I bought a package in May 2024. I called to a reservation for Hilton Head. I only used it once in 2 years. And they said that I had to go on an international trip before I could use it again domestically and if I did not then I had to wait 6 months for the next trip. This was never told to me. I was told I could go to any of their destinations based on what they have available. They also told me I have to do one tour but nope it is a tour every 6-months. Therefore, you can only travel every 6 months. So which one is it? I travel internationally and then can travel domestically or can travel domestic without international travel but just in 6 months. Like my mom always said: if it is too good to be true it is.

Jamie Boudreau was the reason I'm still…

Jamie Boudreau was the reason I'm still going to book trips with Monster. I was actually calling to close out the membership however her sensible and patient explanations kept me asking more questions. What she said was more than reasonable and I'm booking again. As long as information is provided in a sensible way and a good deal is there I'm on board. Thanks Jamie!

Good Customer Service

The sales technique is quite aggressive, and once you've purchased the calls keep on coming to get you to book a trip. Those calls are annoying until you manage to get them to go away and wait for you to call. But when I needed some help, and made my way past the sellers to Customer Service, the resolution I got from Kino Williams was great - she stuck with it and got me the result I needed and connections to other people in the organization that could help.

Jenna Melendez was absolutely wonderful. She listened to me and my wife regarding a charge we did not make. She was very willing to talk to her manager to get us a full refund.
