Trip reschedule
we had planned a trip in January, but due to a death in my family, and then a personal injury to my husband, we
were having difficulty with our originally planned trip and secured cruise. we were saddened because we desired to make the planned trip, and cruise following shortly. My husband's injury has not fully recovered. we desired to travel with good health. Kino was wonderful in helping us to reschedule both trips at a more user friendly time. I applaud the courtesy and thoroughness of her much needed help. Thank you big time Kino and Monster for your response to our needs.

Do not trust this company
Do not trust this company! I have upgraded my package 3 times and every time i do later they come back with more fees to cover even though i was gaurenteed on the last 2 upgrades there were NO more hidden fees. I have been lied to since day 1 like 3 years ago. DO NOT TRUST a word they say!!!!!

Matthew was absolutely amazing to work with! He helped me get my Trio set up smoothly and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. From the start, he was friendly, energetic, and had such a positive attitude.
What really stood out was his patience—he took the time to answer all of my questions without hesitation and made sure I understood everything along the way. It never felt rushed, and he genuinely cared about helping me get everything right.

DESTINY GREENWOOD was extremely helpful in finding my account and credits and was responsive with all my questions! I would have given 5 stars if was only her I dealt with but after talking to her I had to wait 45 min to finish booking my vacation with another person that was kind of pushy.
