We would venture that she is 1 in a million that are fantastic employees in the firm. She rates a promotion because of her insightfulness in the process of providing a high quality of customer care, the ability to resolve issues, and being customer centered focus at all times, to support the organization's goals and mission. My wife and I both agree that whenever we call Monster we are wanting to speak to her, because she was quick to create a sincere lasting rapport with us. That is an important function to establishing repeat guests/customers. She has the skill and ability to creating lasting customer relationships and serves as a great model for any organization to utilize.

Beware of the sales tactics that go on…
Beware of the sales tactics that go on within this company. The things you are offered are not always what you are lead to believe and they don't hesitate to take your money and keep it .
I needed to book a trip to Curacao. During the planning stage I received a call with the sales pitch and all and long story short, I was told I would definately be able to book my trip through the package I was purchasing. At no time do I recall hearing the package was non refundable.
When it came time to book my trip, the developer pulled Curacao and I wasnt able to book the trip with my package.
Although Monster claims they weren't responsible for this, I was still misled. I tried to get it together to book an alternative trip with the package but its not coming together for me.
I have inquired to Monster and although they understand that I was misled they will not refund my money. At this time I was made aware it was non-refundable.

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from these companies. In my experience, they operate in a highly deceptive and aggressive manner. They repeatedly call, solicit, and pressure you into purchasing vacation packages (6 or 12 trips), but they conveniently leave out critical details—like the required 90-120 minute timeshare presentation.
What’s even more frustrating is that after paying upfront, you’ll often be asked to pay additional fees when you actually try to book a vacation—sometimes nearly as much as the original cost. On top of that, availability is extremely limited, and getting the dates you want is nearly impossible.
I personally know people who showed up for their “booked” vacation only to find out there was no reservation at all. That alone should raise serious concerns.
The calls don’t stop either. They continue reaching out, pressuring you for more money, and their representatives can be incredibly rude and unprofessional.
Overall, this feels like a complete scam. Please be very cautious and do your research before engaging with any company offering deals like this.

I had such a great experience working with Jenna Melendez. She was incredibly patient, helpful, and truly went above and beyond with everything I needed. She took the time to look up locations on maps, researched details thoroughly, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way.
On top of that, she was an absolute pleasure to talk to—so polite, professional, and easy to communicate with. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about helping you, but Jenna absolutely does.

Kino W was very helpful, courteous, and professional. She helped us book our trip to NYC and then to reschedule it for a later date. We hope to have a smooth, enjoyable trip. I'm a little concerned by some reviews about huge additional taxes, resort fees, and other nonsense, which I hope aren't true. We will definitely refuse to pay any of those fees; we have prepaid everything, including a refundable security deposit. And our hotel in NYC is not a resort; it has zero resort amenities or services. I will post an update to my review upon return from our short vacation.
