My experience with the booking wasn't great but the 5 star is for the wonderful agent I spoke with, Ashley Graham who actually listened to what I was trying to say and not talked over mw. She took care of the issue I had and fixed it.

Jennifer Richey was absolutely wonderful! She tried her hardest to book me on the dates I needed. I was mislead with everything and she took it upon herself to explain how this work. She is the best and thank you for trying your hardest to help me.

I have seen some horrible reviews and I must say THAT HAS NOT been my experience. I'm planning to book my NEXT trip this week. The only bad experience I've had so far is that the agent who assisted me with planning my first trip did not have my address sent over to Club Wyndham in Panama City correctly so I was unable to complete the timeshare presentation, unlike many others I actually was looking forward to it so it was disappointing because the resort/condo was AMAZING for the deal I received! I called when I returned to discuss my disappointment and to see if anything can be done to compensate and even though there wasn't anything immediately that can be done I was more than pleased with the assurance of this not happening again with the agent Jennifer Balala, she made sure my profile information was correct and was very apologetic. Two things I wish could have happen, compensated for that hiccup and that Monster offered referrals, I have referred many people based on my experience. Hopefully that will be something on the future offered to loyal customers as such as myself helping the business by word of mouth. I am sooooo glad I found Monster

It is never full refund on cancelations. I canceled less than 24 hrs after booking. I bought the white glove service. It cost me $150 dollars to cancel. UNBELIVABLE!!

I decided on a last minute vacation just 3 weeks before Easter, just knowing I would not get a great deal. To my pleasant surprise, my customer service rep, Shanay Burch miraculously found a wonderful location right on the beach at a place I been dying to visit! I can't wait to go!
