Monster Reservation Group is a scam. After I paid $79 for a 4 day stay in Manhattan with the agreement I would sit through a timeshare presentation it was revealed that 1 - the elite hotel I was promised was never available to book, so I had to take a booking at a budget hotel instead and couldn't book a weekend stay. 2 - the additional premiums I was promised at booking - coupons, entertainment credits, etc they reneged on. 3 - I was charged an additional $400+ in fees. 4- they sent wrong info about the location of the timeshare presentation, which lasted an hour beyond our agreement. Do not trust this company which is only a rip-off. I have reported them to the better business bureau.
