Nothing has happened to the order and now will be at least 8 days till anything.

No care or responsibility
I have been with montu for just over a year now, at first it was fantastic but it seems to be slowly falling apart. I am Currently 6 days overdue on my repeat presciption and still nothing is happening. I have tried to contact the company via different services but it either doesn't work or achieves nothing. There seems to be no customer service at all, no real form of communication just false routes to spin you in circles and waste your time. Despite being 6 days over due i am being told i need to wait a further 3 weeks before i can order again! Which means montu are forcing me to skip an entire months worth of medication for no reason at all. The quality of products is going downhill rapidly yet the prices are going up! The lack of availability gets worse each month, items on your prescription get sold off or cancelled. I seriously think its time to move to another clinic.

Love the service. Both people that dealt with my prescription i cant say enough good things about. Ive been in a state of constant anxiety not sleeping hardly at all and Emily h and kacey have made sure I got my medication ASAP. Can't thank them both enough for their patience and support. Massive shout out to them and montu uk themselves. Highly recommended 👌

Its my first year of being a M.C
Its my first year of being a M.C. user.
I founf it easy to aply, most of the people are nice to talk to. I have had some timing problems from time to time. But having the 3 main turps info makes it easer to find what works for you. But id like a chek chart. So instead of picking the meds you pick the condsions, the turps profile pops up. Pick the 3 that work and ping these are the ones you need. Pick and pay.

Montu you are a joke!!
What a joke, just gone to order my prescription and 2 items have increased by £20 each !! And the other 2 items have sold out even though they were selected for my prescription so now I only have oil, No Flower what so ever!!!! What a joke, everything affordable is either ( no more requests ) or ( sold out )

Not fit for purpose
Not fit for purpose, this company is a shady overpriced outfit, with little knowledge of cannabis. Faulty products bad quality constantly. Every problem turns into a bigger one as staff are clueless and don’t process things they say they will, have had to change of product every month as products aren’t available again. This is its pharmacy but a greedy profit hunting retail business. You get spoken to and treated like you are stupid and clueless. I have forgotten more than you guys will ever know about cannabis. Get your staff trained

I pay an amount similar to people's mortgage. I paid in time, the least I I expect is for my order to be delivered when expected. But apparently someone who isn't bothered to their job hasn't sent out my order. I have to go another day without meds all because there is no accountability. Seriously considering leaving this outfit for another more efficient one. Then they call me pretending they are doing me a favour by saying they are sending it out today,

Avoid The Biggest Scam Of the Century
They wanna be treated like doctors and pharmacy’s dispensing real medication but they act like the worlds worst drug dealers. You get better service from any black market dealer I’ve ever dealt with. All of their stock is dry over priced and most of the time ineffective and they’re so pushy in selling you more cannabis I’m thinking about returning to the black market coz this is a joke.

If you’re looking for a reliable pharmacy, this is NOT IT! They keep you guessing as to when they decide to send you your medication. I’ve been pleading with them for the last 4 days to get my prescription ready for payment as it is overdue and I have run out. I’ve explained I’m in a lot of pain but they don’t seem to care. Customer service is rubbish. They just keep saying it should be done today but then nothing. Terrible service and just adds to your anxiety. Worth paying extra money to a different company just to ensure you get the service you deserve

Kind customer support but unhelpful
Kind customer support but I’ve always been told they can’t help. I have had my medication be late multiple times, ran out multiple times, and am now not able to amend an accidental mistake I made on my previous prescription which is going to mean I don’t have enough medication to cover the month.
Medical cannabis is a medicine I need to go about my day-to-day life but Montu is not reliable enough for this to be possible. I take it for chronic pain and anxiety yet the Montu customer service experience causes me more stress and anxiety.
All I wanted was for my prescription to be amended as I had accidentally ordered less than my allowance but I was told that can’t happen as it’s already gone to the pharmacy. I haven’t paid for the meds yet and I don’t need them changing, I just needed it adjusting to the right dosage. I don’t understand why that’s not possible.
If this was my Pregabalin I would be severely ill from missing doses. It’s unacceptable.

Long term patient review
Just had one of my quarterly reviews and wish to say a big thank you to the pharmacist who again made my appointment feel relaxed and not judgemental when asking for an increase or alternatives.
Pharmacist was very knowledgeable and helped me navigate all options available to me.
Having been with Alternaleaf/Montu for quite a while now I can honestly say that I have never been mistreated or left feeling lack of care and have always been seen promptly and courteous.
To this date I have not had any issue with no stock availability or missed deliveries or missing items all of which are of the highest standard when they arrive and are well packaged.
The most I have had to wait for a payment link is over a weekend which is understandable and have been kept in the loop the whole way.
Also I can honestly say that the only time I have actually ran out of meds was when I took too long to book an appointment as I waited way past the date they said I could request a repeat. It helps if you plan ahead and account for that time.
As for delivery I live in a rural area and yet I still receive my prescription delivery the next day from postage. Again the only time this has taken longer was an extra day because they post office made an error.
Having had several quarterly appointments and repeats already I can safely say the ordering process is very easy and manageable for someone who isn't tech minded so don't worry about that part as they have a webchat function for you to contact them straight away with any issue and they are in my experience always willing to help resolve your issue and guide you.
Lastly my main reason for this review is to say a massive thank you for the webchat advisor I spoke to recently who went again above and beyond to make it a smooth a process as possible for me when I had several querries that I had bombarded her with :)
If anyone reads this and are still wondering if this could be for you then I suggest strongly that you just go ahead and speak to them on the phone or webchat and ask the questions your concerned about and see how you go.

Money Hungry/ Poor Service
They provided a decent service when their customer numbers were smaller and more manageable. However, as their customer base has grown, the quality of their service has deteriorated significantly. Many patients are now being left waiting far too long for their medication, with delivery times regularly exceeding their stated service level agreements.
On top of this, the quality of the flower has been consistently poor. When these concerns are raised, they are often ignored or dismissed, which is extremely frustrating for patients who rely on this medication.
Overall, the company’s standards and ethics appear to have declined. Patients deserve timely access to their prescriptions and a level of care that reflects the seriousness of their needs. Unfortunately, that is no longer the experience many people are having.
Superintendent: Nabila Chaudhri should be behind bars for making money on the vulnerable and not providing even a mediocre service anymore.

Don't use this company at all been with them 12 months and had a problem nearly everymonth and been called a liar ,laughed at and had medicine withheld because I dared to complain ,how they got there license is a mystery to me and countless others ,mediocre product and some of the vilest staff I've ever delt with infact I'd go as far as saying they make the nhs look good and that really is saying something .DONT GIVE THEM YOUR BUISNESS AS YOU WILL COME TO REGRET IT QUIET QUICKLY and if you really need your medicine I'd get used to waiting over 10 days to get anything after prescription is written and yes expect to get fobbed off repeatedly even after spending over £6000 over a year with them an to be told go somewhere else if you don't like it
