There was a slight problem with the delivery at the begining of the process but this was very quickly put right. Great customer service. Would definitley use again.

The company kept in touch with me after I placed my order. I had picked my flooring locally but after getting a quote I found it was too expensive. I tried the Internet and found Morgan and Quinn with the same flooring as I had picked locally but with a quote that we could afford .I am delighted with my flooring and would recommend this company . It's also the name of my Granddaughter Morgan and the family pup Quinn a bit of a coincidence. 👍.

The website is excellent and easy to navigate and order but with help on hand if required. The delivery period was fair considering I live a long way from the depot. The driver was extremely helpful getting the carpet into the house as it had to go through a window because too much carpet had been sent. Only four stars as 4m width was sent when 2.5m width had been ordered. OK too much carpet …. but it caused problems with cutting and made more work for the fitter hence more cost for me. The company did not want me to return the carpet.

Exceptional customer service. Called us to clarify some items I had ordered online and offered advice on preferential items. Absolutely ideal people to work with.

I had been looking for a specific carpet for a while when I came across Morgan & Quinn. Ordering was super easy and customer services were fantastic when they had to update me on delivery of my carpet.
I’ve given 4 stars as my carpet was delayed past the original delivery date which messed up our fitter. Thankfully he was able to fit us in once the carpet had been delivered and I wasn’t left with a rolled up carpet in my hallway for too long.

Morgan and Quinn Flooring Services offered the best service to meet our requirements for flooring for our kitchen.. this was helped by a user-friendly website.

We tried a number of sources online, and Morgan and Quin was offering the best quality service.

Our project manager was in touch with the company on several occasions, and every time found the staff to be responsive and helpful to our various queries.

One of our pressures was to get an early delivery of the flooring we wished to fit in with other parts of our kitchen refurbishment. Morgan and Quinn were able to meet this and kept us up to speed with progress. Their delivery schedules looked good, not least given we were up in Scotland.

The notification for the delivery was very good and helpful. We knew exactly what was happening. The onlynslight quibble is that it was not possible to confirm, having placed the order, that everything was going t forward as promised until the day before the flooring was down to be delivered. Instead, we had to phone just to get reassurance that everything was on course.

Morgan and Quinn also offered a competitiveprice.

I would certainly not hesitate to recommend them. They seem to know what they were about on easy to deal with.
