Great Product style but poor Quality.
I will give a star three rating, and that is because of the timely delivery of the item I have ordered as well as the design and style of the booth I have ordered. However, I am disappointed by the quality of the booth. In the description, it says a premium genuine leather, but that was not the case, and for me, quality is a must as I do not intent to keep changing shoes every year. It should be built to last.

I would give 0 stars if I could
I would give 0 stars if I could! Shoes themselves were nice but didn’t fit. I completed the form that came with the shoes and returned via Royal Mail tracked service. Shoes were delivered on 11th August, and I still have NOT HAD A REFUND!!!!
The customer service is absolutely shocking and completely incompetent, they keep stating the tracking number is incorrect even though it isn’t and if you go on the Royal Mail track and trace it works fine and shows it was delivered to their return address! Then we go round and round in circles with them wanting me to send photos again and again, even though I have already!
I am so disappointed in this company

The worst company I have dealt with
The worst company I have dealt with. I placed an on the 21st August with the expected delivery to be 27th August (paying for express delivery). I have contacted them twice and have had no communication back, nor have I received the shoes. They use shop to track their orders and deliveries, that however does not provide any update whatsoever. Where are the shoes or my money? Terrible service
