Arrived swiftly and undamaged however box was sealed with just one line of tape, not stuck down, small items and screws loose in box free to fall out of openings in box. Hopefully nothing is missing when we fit it. A little extra care when packaging an item to be shipped out would go a long way to reducing returns I am sure.

Terrible. Goods have not arrived several weeks later. No response to emails or phone calls.

I bought my Grohe tap towards end of April and when fitted we noticed that the tap was dripping. We contacted mybathstore who did not respond on leaving a phone message on the phone number on their website. I then sent them an email and the only response I got was to go to Grohe as it was under warranty. Under the consumer act mybathstore should have replaced the EXPENSIVE tap. Grohe whilst helpful resolved the issue although it took them nearly two weeks to do. I would never buy or recommend any of network to buy anything from mybathstore they are happy to take your money and a complete failure to after sales care. Its actions like this which makes me want to go a bath shop rather then order it on a website.

I ordered a Basin online on the 9th May and opted for collection from this companies premises . It is now the 4th June and I havent been able to collect the basin or make contact with the company despite two in person attempts to collect and various phone calls and emails with no access or response. I feel as though I have been scammed and would advise anyone considering buying anything from them to proceed with extreme caution. If it seems to good to be true then it probably is! I now have the rigmarole of trying to get my money back and purchase the basin elsewhere.

Very quick delivery once order arrived in UK. Website could be clearer as to collection point if you select this option.

Product never arrived, as for contact and updates regarding delivery this was non-existent at least the refund was quick.

Product Great but it delayed bay few days

We have placed an order with you in March expecting a 10 day delivery & have not received the item or had any communication from you & no one is answering telephone calls.

Mybathstore had the hard-to-find-product I was looking for, at a fair price. They were easy to contact about some special needs regarding delivery, which they accommodated and the item arrived exactly on time.

I haven’t received the goods ordered and no response to my enquiry on its status. Delivery was meant to be within 10 days

If you are not willing to confirm order, if you are not willing to deliver order how do you expect to get paid. Terrible service. Never again.

Fantastic service jillx

Purchased a V&B toilet seat in June from this company as a direct replacement for one which had been in place for 5 years with no problem. It was fitted in early August and by October/Sept the seat had cracked and despite several emails, phone calls and messages I have not heard a single word back. I WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WOULD GIVE O STARS IF I COULD.

VERY POOR SUPPORT

Purchased very expensive Villeroy Bosch toilet with concealed Grohe tank. A total nightmare to install because of really poor instructions. Some washers & bits & bobs missing which we had to supply ourselves, but now we find the internal flush valve is faulty so the water is pouring through the header tank straight into the loo without flushing it. We've contacted support who took a couple of days to reply to say Grohe will sort this out, but they need videos. So, we've replied with videos 4 days ago & now are awaiting for them to find a solution. So, we're having to use the only downstairs toilet we have with a bucket of water - not ideal.

Wishind we had never bought through this company to be honest. Let's see if this review spurs them into action???
