Very easy process to book a service fill in details engineer called time and date agreed and that was it

I found MyBoilerService.com very easy to deal with.
I phoned the customer service representative because I had two boilers requiring services and she dealt with my request in an efficient, prompt and friendly manner. The price was the best I could find and I would most certainly recommend this company.

The engineer turned up a day early, we had specifically taken a day off to be here, he also didn't leave a note to say he had been, it had taken us almost a month to get them to come out and fit the monitor. he fitted it on Tuesday and by Saturday it hadn't started working, i went and checked and it wasn't switched on, the wifi hadn't been activated.
so far not a great experience. the biggest issue is contacting boiler juice, if you email you rarely get a reply, if you call you can be on the line for up to 45 to 50 minutes before someone answers, and then they don't seem to understand their own system, we called 3 times to arrange an engineer and were told the request had been passed to the department, only to find that the person we spoke to could organise the visit themselves. they were quite happy and quick about arranging the direct debit.

First reported smell of oil after last delivery. Asked for a service but 10th May given as first date. Rang back of few days later concerned with the smell and with infant sleeping in room above the boiler. Was then told to ring for repair engineer and had appointment next day which was excellent. The problem was a small leak in the boiler and required replacement of the pump. We had left the boiler switched off in the meantime.
