Very disappointing product
Very disappointing product. I ordered the folding photo cube and the images were very low quality. Basically just printer paper glued on. I sent high quality photos and was expecting a high-gloss, quality product for the price. The block also doesn't fold up well so there are big lines through all the photos, which don't go right to edges of each square. I paid $40 and was then stung with a $30 shipping fee. Surprising for a company which looked Australian, although on closer inspection clearly made in China.

Would not recommend this website
This is a very dissapointing website. Purchase is not true to description at all. Fees were much greater than advertised. I would not recommend purchasing from here.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!!!
Would NOT recommend this website at all! Service (or should I say, lack of service) is appalling. I had one response via email to say my puzzle was on the way and have not heard back since. It's now been 5 months and still no puzzle, no reply email from them and no refund. I would definitely say this website is a SCAM and for sure not based in Australia.

Do not purchase from this company!!
Do not purchase from this company!!!
I received my two products and they are terrible. A pair of socks that I paid $26 for were horrible quality. You couldn’t even tell who was in the photo :( I have to throw them in the bin as I cannot give them as a gift ! Company have refused to issue me a refund. Terrible experience just before Christmas :(

Received a jigsaw puzzle and…
Received a jigsaw puzzle and specifically asked for the picture to be on the box and it wasent. I then emailed the person saying I am not recommending you to anyone he then writes back with a laughing emoji face. This is poor service and I felt that it was rude in the way he wrote back will not recommend this company it’s poor. The price of the puzzle I paid for was poor quality and not what I was expecting.

It is not an Australian website
It is not an Australian website.
They are using .com.au but on their website they are based in Hong Kong, and on my transaction in banking it states to go to another website one which is fraudulent.
I have reported to the acc so it can hopefully be removed

Terrible company no integrity
Terrible company received my puzzle with writing on it that I never asked for. I made sure there was no writing on it when I put the order through and instead it came in the mail yesterday with writing on it that says 'Bella we love you' This puzzle is for my boyfriend so now I can't use it. When I told them what had happened I was only offered 10% off an order I paid full price for and now because of their error the gift is completely useless. I'm furious that they're not replacing it. It cost a fortune for a puzzle that was ruined when it arrived. Also the cardboard is not good quality and for the price it's ridiculous that it would be so flimsy.

Great customer support
Had a great experience dealing with myjigsawpuzzle. I ordered 2 customised items and they were shipped within a couple of days. One of the items was wrong but customer support was fab and they were more than happy to redo and send me a new item.

My puzzle photo was stretched and…
My puzzle photo was stretched and washed out. A xerox picture was stuck on the box. This was very poor presentation for a gift company. Additionally the puzzle was very expensive-I paid $80 for it. It was sent directly from the chinese factory I see. I would like a refund. Also the ad was very misleading-the price was nowhere near $15.95.
