Paid $50 for shipping to get the item here in time as a birthday present.
Contacted them as it is getting close to the time for it to be here. Got a email back saying needed to pay extra for shipping cause we live in a remote location. But I live in a city so that doesn’t make sense. Paying $50 for shipping and not getting it in the time promised is a joke. Don’t use them or get anything from them.

Avoid this company. It’s a scam. I requested a refund according to their refund policy as after I paid the delivery time in confirmation email was shown 4 weeks longer than promised on the website while ordering. They said they will refund, but never did and just keep lying. Worst experience

Do not buy jigsaws from this company, the quality is absolutely shocking. It is a thin piece of board, all the shapes are exactly the same, the front of the box did not have a printed cover of the jigsaw, it was a piece of paper stuck to the box. Oh my god what a let down for a Christmas present. Returns are so complicated too. What a joke and con this place is.

I believed i was scammed by this company. I ordered a product with express shipping that didn't end up arriving within 4 weeks which really annoyed me as I made sure I ordered in a time frame for it arrive for an event (postage states to be expect 7-10 buisness days). When I asked for a full refund they refused but refunded my extra express shipping cost, then offered to resend another one as it seemed to be lost in transit but at my cost for postage. I obviously declined because that would make me lose extra money for their fault. I asked for a full refund instead, they finally accepted but said the postage cost will not be included. So in the end I still have no product and lost money on top of that.

Arrived, however got scammed for what I paid. Over $50 for a jigsaw much smaller than a tissue box, and the image on the box would look better if I printed at home, and stuck it on the box. Be careful

The product looks good & OK. So value for money.
Has been bought as a gift, so unopened as yet.
I actually ordered 2, but they couldn't do the other date - even though was in the advertised range. Took a bit to get that confusion sorted.
Responsive on comms, even if somewhat confusing.

Cannot fault the customer service.
Personalised puzzle arrived in the mail today.
Absolutely fantastic. A jigsaw of my grandchildren -which will be enjoyed over and over.

Absolutely wonderful customer service, I loved the puzzle but was disappointed as I accidentally ordered the wrong size. However they worked with me and rectified it for no extra charge. So impressed and the puzzle was beautiful a hundred percent recommend.

I was worried when I received my order details and it didn't show what I actually ordered, so I sent an email explaining the situation and within minutes I received an email from Mark Henry who was very helpful and patient, he then confirmed I would receive what I ordered but I was still concerned, possibly worrying about nothing. So I sent another email and received an answer from Elise who was extremely helpful she sent me an the email with my actual order. Between these two lovely efficient people they put my mind at rest.

Didn't end up buying the item I wanted. The payment kept saying it couldn't be processed so got hold of someone in their chat option who told me to put a different address then email them with the correct address. Sounded really scammish to me so didn't buy anything

Received 2 puzzles for Xmas presents, now I’m embarrassed to give them, quality very very poor, paid an extra $10 to have image printed on box however was a bad image printed on paper and glued onto box, looks extremely cheap. Very very disappointed

I ordered a puzzle from this website, which I think they need to fix the website cause anytime you put the puzzle in kart, it only puts the box in there. But this whole thing was so stressful and I wasn’t having any of it. But Sara who communicated with me straight away was very patient and helpful, she also explained things in depth even over and over cause I wasn’t getting it and I was getting upset. But Sara was really helpful and was doing everything she could to help out. Give her a raise
