I ordered the musical photo fridge magnet. It works really well and I can Bluetooth my phone to it and play other songs too. The photo is nice and clear on the front. I can't wait to gift it to hubby at Christmas

Purchased puzzle for my daughter, has not been opened yet, however, the front appears correct as it is a puzzle with the newspaper from the day she was born.

Delivery was quick

The team were amazing to deal with, flexible and helpful. Bought a custom 300 piece puzzle with the front page of The Age newspaper from my uncle’s date of birth. It was for his 90th birthday celebration. A win!

The process to create the product was really easy and what made me most satisfied was the fast delivery. I left to buy the gift too late but it arrived in less than a week. Sensational. For the money I spent, the product was great. I willbuy again.

Great customer service. My photo quality wasn't amazing for our puzzle, and the team did their best to make sure I had sent in the best one available, then sent through a proof to make sure it was what I wanted.
The box the puzzle came in is a great quality. Nice and sturdy.
The print of the photo on the puzzle is of good quality.
The print of the photo on the box is a bit lower in quality. Given how dark my photo is this does make it a bit tricky to complete.
Thanks for a great job over all team! Will use again, do recommend.

Would NOT order anything from this company, have been waiting over 3mths for my puzzel with absolutely NO correspondence. NOT HAPPY.

While the puzzle pieces are good quality the print quality is so poor it is an absolute scam ripoff. I had a very good quality image of my painting, and the result was rubbish. Langauge barrier meant that there was no real customer service response. Chinese posing as english speakers to fool the unwary.
Wish these reviews had been more visible before I wasted all this money. It's complete trash.

I bought a wooden jigsaw to give as a Secret Santa present. I was impressed with the service provided by the company and the helpfulness of their communications, and the recipient was delighted with the puzzle. I recommend them to all jigsaw enthusiasts.

Great customer service and good product. Just as the photo.

The puzzles look great, and pieces fit together well. The photo image looked as it should too.

We loved the animal shaped pieces!

Man, I wish had read these reviews before. I ordered a x1000 piece puzzle, picked and exceptionally crisp high resolution photo so it could be printed to this size and I received a poor quality blurry mess.
Do not waste your money on this, it is so bad you won't be able to put it together. I guess the only reason it might not be an actual scam is because they actually sent me this garbage.

Customer service was great and product looks fantastic!

Ordered 1000 piece puzzle, although this took a long time to arrive (shipping) and after ordering is when I read the bad reviews, also realised this was not made in Australia.

This had me very worried as I had ordered for a xmas present. I had used professional photos for a collage puzzle. After arrival and partly doing the puzzle to check quality. To my surprise the photos are perfect!! The quality was great, every detail captured in the puzzle.

The puzzle has now been completed and ready to frame. I am very pleased with the outcome of the puzzle.

SCAM!!! Don't buy from this website. Complete rip off. We did receive the product, a lunchbox with a print we uploaded. They inverted the colours on black so much of the information has been lost. Completely bad quality and pathetic print. Worse buy ever.

I never bought anything from this site but I get uncomfortably similar vibes from this when I compare it to another website that I meant to buy a toolbox with over $600 (Normally 900). Seeing the “track package” screen it was an exact replica; just different colors and fonts. Upon further inspection the whole site is pretty much a 1:1; most notably the lack of a phone number to contact. If you’re to email for help, they say they’ll get with you within 48 hours, but I never got an answer. Tracking the location given, it showed some weird building on some urban street in the UK, not somewhere that could host the scale of the website’s inventory. The site has since been taken down and my credit card company is still having to fight them for my money back.
Im not saying this website is fraud, but this seems way too similar.

They didn’t give much tracking info but when I reached out they were very quick to respond. The quality of the product was very good 😊

Very disappointing, I ordered my child’s picture, in the process it was promising a 1000 pieces, but I only received a 35 pieces in a tiny box

Fantastic customer service- quick replies & very helpful. I needed to change an order straight after placing it & this was done easily & without drama.
Thank you - cant wait to receive my puzzles now.

It is a scam, product is nothing like described. Company has taken money and not interested
Lesson learned

DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP!.
Delivery takes for ever and the quality is absolute crap!.
Can hardly even make out the picture in the Jigsaw. The photo on box is a piece of paper stuck to the lid. The box wont even open and the jigsaw was smaller that the photo!...wt!. Not Australian, dodgy as!. I just wish I saw the reviews before I was ripped off!.
