My adopted dog’s microchip details were transferred to me via a rescue. I wanted to query s couple of things with MyPet and they responded swiftly to answer my questions and also sent useful instructions on how to do what I needed. Very efficient communicators and most helpful.

Very quick and easy to register. I was scammed from another website and didn’t realise until I moved address and tried to update my details.
Paid £1.99, don’t fall for so called premium account on other websites charging £19.99, this one has all you need.

Outstanding customer service from MyPet
I can recommend MyPet without reservation as the service I received was highly professional and efficient. My pet’s microchip information was inputted onto the database immediately and the certificate was emailed to me within minutes. The service they provide is brilliant and considerably cheaper than other competitors

We just transferred a six month old Labrador and the customer support was first class. Will definitely be using this company when we start to register our puppies
