My Mypet Experience.
Registered all 3 of my dogs with Mypet, the website was extremely straight forward to use and the whole process took less than 5 minutes. My applications were approved quickly and all documents were emailed to me shortly after. Very impressed with the quality of the service and the price.

Solved our issue quickly with no qualms
They were absolutely fantastic! Had an issue where we was given the wrong papers for our pup. We emailed after realising with our vet to get everything changed over to us. They were very helpful and very quick at dealing with the issue. Which saved us any concern at what could happen if something were to happen with our pup. Can speak highly enough, special mention to Conor who dealt with us was speedy with his responses sometimes at what I thought would be unsociable hours.

Fantastic defra registered company
Fantastic defra registered company, with easy to use website & transparent one off fee of £1.99, which includes unlimited updates to personal info. So glad I did a bit of research before paying £19.95 to another company, who had supplied the microchip. So many under the false understanding that you have to use the same company to register your pet, you don't!

I found them to be fast and efficient - My pup was registered under a different name and they got permission from previous owner to change the details of the chip without any hassle and were in contact with me throughout to let me know what was happening
