Nothing was too much trouble, I'm not great with technology, and all my queries were answered quickly and helpfully, even receiving replies to my questions outside of normal office hours. I also made a phone call, and again the service was excellent, very friendly, helpful and informative. Everything was followed up by an email ensuring that I was happy and everything completed to my satisfaction.

On registering my dogs microchip. I found that the ‘My Pet’ website was so straightforward and easy to use service

After only partially being able to register my cat's Chip I had forgotten my password and I could not see a way of resetting it. MyPet was able to help me reset it and let me finish my registration, Thank you so much Connor.

A really quick and easy web site to use and a brilliant price

I adopted a rescue dog, and was having difficulty trying to transfer her chip details into my name. I couldn’t get through on the phone number given, and I couldn’t do it online. I came across MyPet on the DEFRA list of compliant databases and decided I wanted to register my dog with them instead, but had no idea how to go about it. Conor had written an article about it, and offered to help with the process, if necessary, so I contacted him by email, and had a response within an hour. He guided me through what steps to take, and we had Skye registered with MyPet very quickly. I can’t thank Conor enough for all his help. I now have peace of mind if Skye should go missing, my details can be easily accessed via her chip. MyPet will allow you to update details, and notify you if your pet’s microchip is searched on the database at no extra cost.

I've just registered my dogs microchip and on this site and it cost 1.99, much cheaper than most of the other sites. Can't comment on anything else but so in terms of cost it's a really good deal.
