Terrible
Terrible! They say a framed picture takes 2 days to process/complete. My order was not dispatched until a WEEK after I ordered it.
I was then informed that it will take 10-14 BUSINESS DAYS to arrive (so 2-3 weeks!!!!!!!) even though I was charged $30 postage. What kind of snail mail is that??
These people pretend they are in Australia by having .com.au. But they are based in Germany. I needed this within 2 weeks as I am going to UK and wanted it as a gift. But I was told that I couldn't change the address as they ONLY ship to Australia!?!?!?!?!??!! Why!?!?!?!?!?!
Now I won't have this picture of my son in time to take over to my elderly mother. Thanks for wasting my time and money, mypicture.
P.S. In response to their reply below...I have already reached out via email multiple times and was met with "sorry this is no good for you, but tough luck". I asked to change the address the next day after ordering, not post-dispatch.

Best it was such a slow turnaround that the puzzle I ordered for my husband for his birthday was received approximately a week later after much correspondence and secondly, the company is misleading the general public by calling themselves my picture.com.AU
THEY ARE ACTUALLY LOCATED IN GERMANY. IT SEEMS.
A VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE DUE TO THE LATENESS OF MY GIFT ARRIVAL.
I TRULY REGRET NOT USING ANOTHER COMPANY WHO GENUINELY LOCATED IN AUSTRALIA.

The canvas reproduction of the image that i had done is magnificent, the original design was a gift from a friend in A4 size, I had it enlarged to 100 x 50 cm in size and it is perfect, I'm so happy with the result, this is my 6th canvas reproduction and they just keep getting better each time I order, love your work and would happily recommend your company to anyone who needed help in deciding who they should help preserve long lasting vivid memories.
