Outstanding 5 star service, highly recommended.
Before ordering, I read reviews on Trustpilot then got bit worried - "Australian" web address but noticed that pictures are made in Germany but gave it a try.
3 orders, total with 21 canvas print with frames. Every prints are quality prints. The frames are measured accurately then neatly cut at 45*, precision assembled. Zero flaw.
First order, there was double payment due to online glitch. Send email immediately, they refunded the double payment the next day. Then ordered more.
Second and third order went well.
The way they packed into freight package is very good too.
I cannot find fault with this company.
You can't go wrong with their canvas prints on frames services.
Prices are very good compared to the local business that ridiculously over charge you.

Extremely poor packaging and poor response.
Ordered a large Jigsaw puzzle photo as a birthday card. The quality of the cardboard is not great (quite thin and cheap). The main issue is that when it arrived, it was in pieces and had been packed extremely poorly, therefore totally losing the effect as a gift. Contacted the company and got a reply from the German-based group (I thought they were in Australia) and this is why it took a long time to arrive. They offered a 20% discount (excluding shipping) which I rejected. Last time I use this company.

Cheap plastic frames and only 2 of 3 pictures arrived!
Order 3 pictures - the two pictures that arrived were terrible quality with cheap plastic frames and dirt inside the frame, and one picture didn't even arrive. DO NOT USE.
The invoices are issued from a company based in Germany so you can't get a refund - this company is a total con job. I RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT USE THEM!

Pleasantly surprised by the quality, until we went to piece the puzzle together. Some of the pieces are cut small and are extremely fragile.

Way better than I was expecting
Way better than I was expecting. Was a little concerned when I found out that my picture "Australia" is actually operating out of Germany, but I thought only way to find out is try their services. Canvas quality is great, no less that what I expected, but what impressed me the most was that even though the shipping lead times seemed too long IMO, it may just be a tactic they use so you are impressed when they arrive "early", which was my experience and glad they didn't take the weeks suggested to arrive. Will use them again.

Orders paid for but never delivered.
I uploaded photographs and made an album which I ordered.
I paid £ 47:18 for my first album on 4th December and I paid £ 47:18 for it again on 17th December 2024
On both occasions MyPicture failed to deliver.
This album was very important to me.
I now have no confidence in Mypicture and want these payments refunded.
