I received my order so quickly. Unfortunately it was not all there but what great customer service they are sending me my missing items! I would recommend ordering from Nail Boo 100%!! Will be ordering more products!!

I have been a Nailboo customer for 4 years and a Nailboo Boo Club Member. I use the Dip Powders and everything associated with the Dip Line. I love this product, and how this has been a learning curve, But I have so relished in reading from the Nailboo Family about how to do this. With the preferred dip powder to the Essential Premium liquids and the Removal process my nails went from cracking to long nails with their products. They are even better now in using Nailboo products than with the $80 Nail tech. It now takes me approximately 3 hours to remove, prep, build powder, color, activate, top coat. My Dip nails will stay in place for 6 to 7 weeks, yes that is weeks.. They are so strong as well, and there are favorites too, the Dip with the chrome, and the Thermals, and small glitter.. I do tend to have different colors that compliment each other only on certain fingers. I love Nailboo and the dip products.
If I ever have an issue, the support/customer service department is far superior, They respond quickly and will assist you if anything is wrong with the product or your order.

As a boo club member, everything is supposed to be 50% off, yet nothing was discounted at checkout. Paid full price on each item.

The customer service is fantastic and so easy! I’ve been doing my nails with Nailboo products for almost a year now and it’s the easiest process. Great products. Get their membership for better pricing on dip colors!

So far I am in love with this product. I was sick of spending so much money at nail salons and ending up with nails that were completely ruined, although I love the look of my nails being done. I also relied on dip/gel to strengthen my nails as I have super soft nails. I was served this company on instagram and decided to give it a try. I am 2 dips in (3 weeks so far) and am so pleased with the product. My nails look like they were done at a salon ( I am pretty good at doing my own nails) and when I removed the first round of dip my nails were not in shambles. It does take me about an hour to complete a dip, but well worth it. Highly recommend - and there are so many colors to choose from.

I ordered the chrome set. I already have their dip kit. I’ve made about 4-5 orders. Each time I have been blown away with the quality of products, variety of colors, and the customer service, which is more and more scarce these days.
I just have to stick with it and keep practicing and improving. If you don’t mind going through the process of however long it takes you to get good at doing your own nails, it is so worth it!
Now, while not totally unprompted, they asked me to leave a review after their awesome survey-
I’m just a regular, deggular, shmegular woman. I did not receive any incentive to do this whatsoever. Not a brand ambassador, influencer or anything.

Navigating the website was easy and getting 3 free dip powder was really nice, but I don't like how the membership was just tacked onto my order without me joining myself. I canceled immediately because I have ADHD and will absolutely forget to cancel later on.

Nailboo has and is a great company to order from. The product are great quality and the colors are so much fun. There customer support team responds very quickly to answer and help with questions, I had one bottle of nail polish leak and it was correct shortly after I sent a email about that item and it was made so easy and you feel like you matter. This is why I gave five star rating. I’ll be order again when I need more supplies or a new color catches my eye

I only gave a 4 star because the nails don’t last very long without cracking or chipping with my job. Colors are amazing and I think they would last longer in a didn’t profession. I know they last longer when I have more days off but that’s not very often.

I’m allergic to acrylic materials. The nail dip is made with an acrylic-related material. I found this out from Sharon in Customer Service. I asked a question on the “Contact Us” page after seeing that the information was not in the FAQS. It took a few days I received a response on a Saturday afternoon. She not only answered my question but also expressed concern that the nail dip may trigger my allergy. I will be looking to see if there are other products I could use . Thank you, Sharon, for being honest and for your concern for my safety!!!

The Gels & Powders are wonderful. I’ve never received a color I didn’t love. Plus the sales they have are great! The Customer service is always great, they work with you if you have problems.
